Steve and Victoria are amazing Dentists who actually care about you! Their staff are great and always work around my crazy schedule and take care of my whole family. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Tri-Cities.

I have never been treated so horribly in my life! They assured me several times that insurance would cover everything except the $200 out of pocket paid at the time of service. Then I receive a bill for the remainder that they didn’t even bother to file with insurance properly. I called and requested to file again and they refused and called demanding payment repeatedly. Never mind the entire time they worked on my child they were rough and hateful. We went with a positive attitude in hopes of finding a new permanent dentist and found the complete opposite.

I saw Dr Victoria Marrs for first time today. While, I didn’t have very good news(something I already knew) she was very caring and empathetic to the issues I am having. Due to my insurance I had a very difficult time finding a new Dentist. The receptionist I spoke with yesterday when obtaining the appointment was patient and understanding. I would like to thank all of you for your kindness and support in working with me to help resolve my dental needs.

Dr. Steve Marrs has always been very considerate and flexible with any special dental needs that I've had. He even immediately worked me in so that he could re-glue my permanent retainer which was done by my Orthodontist. I can't recommend him (or his daughter) enough!

I was here today and my grandson who is Autistic was with me. I just want to say that not one, but the entire staff were amazing. He wasn't the patient. We just brought him with, he was made to feel like the business owner. The receptionist made him feel like the boss and the dentist was so patient with him. She allowed him to be in the room with his Nana and she explained everything to him. The lady who did the X-rays was the sweetest person ever. She left Jackson pretend that he was helping with X-rays and just all in all it was a great visit. He's not the easiest to handle at times, but having a wonderful staff like this goes a long way. I've been going to the Marrs dentistry for well over a year now. Had not been to the dentist in several years before. They fixed several cavities and took very good care of me. I'll be going to them for a long time to come.

Dr. Stephen did a great job removing a particularly tricky filling containing old-school cement stuff that actually wore out all his drill bits but one! Their staff is super, too!
