Tanyard Springs Family Dentistry

This was my first visit at Tanyard Springs Family Dentist, but it will not be my last! Dr. Miller and his associate Kim were wonderful! I highly recommend them both!

Today was my first visit and they were so nice. I was worried about how I would be treated with the insurance I have since I'm a student but they were so kind and welcoming. I was also worried I would be judged for having a broken molar but they gave me a step by step plan and I feel comfortable with the plan we have in place.

This nurse very rudely because we aren’t American, she was very aggressive towards me and my wife. When I spoke to her she was very angry with me, when I told her what she did to my wife’s teeth was very wrong she said no this is normal and because my wife didn’t know how to speak any English she spoke to her very aggressive and I saw her speak to the other people that spoke English and were American in a very respectful-nonaggressive way. When I went inside with my wife she said no you can’t come in and slammed the door in my face and not even 2 minutes later she said that this was natural and it wasn’t it was very unprofessional we really liked the doctor we was very respectful towards my wife. A women like this shouldn’t be allowed to work as a dentist she treats all her patients different and she takes advantage of people that can’t understand or speak her language

I highly recommend Tanyard Springs Family Dentistry. Dr. Miller and his staff are excellent, professional and friendly. Shayna is a fantastic Dental Hygienist. As much as I've gone thru, they're always there to help you.

Routine cleaning went well. I was grateful they were able to get me in at the appointment time as I was on a walker due to recent ankle surgery. Staff friendly and efficient.

I was just in there a few months ago and they did work on my teeth. I was happy with the results until I started having issues with my teeth. I tried to go back in and see them, but my insurance changed. They didn’t want to pre-schedule me for an appt and said they would call me if they had something open up. They called me once when I was at work with an available slot an hour before the Appt, giving me no option but to pass. They never called me back. I decided to then try another dentist who intern told me that I had decay under a crown on my back molar that wasn’t sealed properly and that I would also need a crown on the tooth in front of that one because the unsealed crown was causing it to decay as well… Tanyard Springs NEVER informed me of this issue or offered to correct the issue. They stated nothing of the sort to me. If I wouldn’t have gone somewhere else, I may never have even known that it was an issue, causing me to have an even bigger issue down the road. If I could give zero stars I would. Awful. I don’t care how nice your staff is, you were being shady and I don’t appreciate that or condone that type of behavior.

The office was very friendly, all the staff were caring and professional. I would give them the highest rating possible. If you are looking for a family dentistry this could be what you are looking for.

This facility was so professional! Knew exactly what they were doing and made sure I fully understood everything! Everyone was very friendly. Haven't had a good dentist or dentist staff in a long time. Sure am glad I found this place. I strongly recommend this place to everyone

Absolutely amazing Service from all of the staff and a special Thank you to my Dentist. I felt like I was in capable hands. Definitely, looking forward to going back there!
