Dr. Miller and all the people on his team are friendly, careful, and professional! They are always very prompt about starting your appointment on time. The hygienists do a great job cleaning your teeth *and* they don't stab your gums! It's so important to have a good, careful hygienist and clearly Dr. Miller has made sure to only hire the best! Dr. Miller himself is thorough, always willing to answer questions, and still manages to move through exams efficiently so you can get on with your day. He is also not overly aggressive about treatment; he will let you know what is a time-sensitive issue and what simply needs to be watched for now. Tanyard Springs Dentistry is an excellent choice if you are looking for a dentist!!

What a breath of fresh air after my last dentist! Dr. Miller was so friendly and is a really honest guy. While
other dentists may recommend an unnecessary procedure, he won’t do a procedure unless it’s truly necessary. The dental hygienist and receptionist were also incredibly friendly. I really enjoyed my visit to this dentist!!

Dr. Miller is the best dentist I have ever been to! He is conservative with dental work and doesn't just do dental work for financial gain. A friend recommended this office, and I am so glad that I went to him. My dental hygienist was also amazing (Shay). She made sure that I was comfortable and calm the entire time. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I am so happy with my new dentist!

There are two things I really hate, going to the dentist and leaving reviews. However, I went to have my teeth cleaned yesterday after a very long time between dental visits and I have to acknowledge how awesome Tanyard Dental performed. Everything was very clean, organized, professional and painless. Dr. Miller doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. His assistants provide great expectations and tailor the visit to your needs. 100% recommend you give them a shot.

I have seen Dr. Miller and his staff for many many years. I did make the mistake recently of going somewhere that was closer to me and I regret every second of it! I am back with Dr. Miller and never leaving again. Super friendly! All the girls at the front desk are so helpful and so polite and so patient. Typically I can get in fairly quickly when there’s a problem. Great quality work and makes sure you are comfortable.
