The people were so friendly and nice and made me feel comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because of the long wait time between having X-rays, the hygienist and the dentist, although it could have been because I was a new patient. Overall, I had a great experience.

I am a coward when it comes to dentistry. I was assured Aspen would address this. I had an abscess. I was told I would be given something to help me relax before having extractions. When I went in for the appointment my blood pressure was through the roof and I was extremely nervous. Nothing had been done to calm me. Since my BP was high they wanted to reschedule me and again, “we’ll give you something to calm you before you come in” Uh, that’s what you said for today but ya didn’t! So, you want me to come back again, make the anxiety worse, make my fear worse? Not to mention money for the procedure had to be paid up front because I didn’t qualify for traditional financing.
Note: the staff is nice but someone needed to do their job and make sure I was given the prescription before my appointment.

My first experience at Aspen Dental in Tullahoma, Tennessee was AWESOME. The entire staff was so nice and treated me well. I am so glad I chose Aspen Dental and will recommend them to my family and friends. It was storming really bad the day I was at the office and I live about an hour away from Tullahoma. I am 75 years young and do not like to drive in bad weather so the sweet hygienist, Megan, gave up her 12 o'clock lunch break to clean my teeth and get me on the way home. Now that's what you call great service! The dentist I saw was Dr. Cressman, who was very kind and encouraging in every way. He is helping me get the smile I really wanted because of some missing lower teeth. I can now eat certain favorite foods, too, that I have not enjoyed in quite a long time. How wonderful is that?!?!? Thanks to everyone for making my experience at Aspen Dental in Tullahoma, TN, on a scale of one to five....a ten!

I went a week ago for a broken tooth. I told them that I was afraid it was infected, but nobody took me seriously and they put the extraction off for over a week. A few days later I was running a high fever, with the infection having spread to my throat, causing it to swell and become excruciatingly painful. I could barely talk, swallow, or breathe. Luckily I made it to the ER before the infection spread further into my chest or became life threatening. I was put on strong antibiotics to hold me over until my extraction. Worst I have ever felt in my life. Please listen to your patients. I knew something was wrong.

It was probably the best dentist appointment I've ever had all the employees were very nice and polite and the man dentist pulled two of my teeth and I never felt any pain not even from the shots the only place I will be going from now on.

I went in a basket case, and the whole gang, especially Dr. Wilson, Megan, Kaley, and Emma at once started putting me at ease. They addressed concerns, patiently answered questions, and IMMEDIATELY began treating my problems. Their friendly and comforting manner made the experience as pleasant as a visit to the dentist gets. But most importantly, I left without the toothache that i had come in with. Thank you guys!

Was called by anonymous numbers then when I call the office placed on a prompt dialer. Finally got through to someone who asked me to come to the office immediately because after 6 months of being on the schedule the Friday before my Monday exam my appointment was changed without leaving the details in the voicemail. So I came to the office only to wait until the original appointment time. Then I said something to the staff they blame it on short staff when reality it was poor staff communication and poor scheduling

Make sure you get everything in writing with this place. A dentist saw me 4 times as follow ups for the same problem after a filling was done by him. He then referred me out and stated he would get the billing written off. Fast forward a week or two later I get a text saying I owe the money for it. I call the office there are no notes about the write off. This is the worst customer service ever. Whitney has promiced to speak with the dentist and to see if he admits to it and hopefully ask why it was not noted. Fast forward to September. They wrote off the cheapest one instead of writing off the one that needs the root canal. Would recommend the hygienist and the rest of the staff is super sweet but there is something wrong here.

I do not have dental insurance offered through my employer, so when I got a toothache I gave Aspen dental a call. Their staff was quick to get me in do some x-rays and set up a treatment plan. I went in about 4 days later and had the tooth extracted and I'm very happy with the service I received from them I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't have dental insurance or does have dental insurance they are a great team.
