I was scared to death because I hadn't been to the dentist in 15 years and, I knew I was going to lose two teeth. The staff was so friendly, and so comforting. They really put me at ease. The doctor was knowledgeable and willing to work with my specific needs. They even stopped during the procedure because I got scared and needed to say a little prayer. They were very respectful and, I truly appreciate that. I would absolutely recommend Aspen Dental in Tullahoma to anyone. Thanks you guys! I'll see you soon to finish up this work.

Appointment was at 10:15 . I finally went back around 11:15. We were not made aware that it was a work in appointment. they told us to be there 15 mins early. We never got paperwork email as she stated. The assistant that did my xrays was the only Awesome person there . Best thing I got was antibiotic script. Thank you for that.

Great experience, all the staff were very friendly with smiles and made me feel welcome for my first visit. Their interest in "your" smile and oral health is genuine and are very detailed on how they can make it better. Give them a try if you are looking for the same experience.

The staff were all very Nice and professional... Very willing to answer all my questions.. However the price for actually fixing anything was completely out of my league having no insurance.. Who has $12,000 dollars! Very dis-heartening 😖

I have been getting my dental work done here for around a year now. I don't have any complaints and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I recently took my mother for a consultation for a procedure and she could not stop mentioning how nice, professional, and helpful Misty Damron and her team were. Highly recommended!

I suggest going other places than here. Will save you $$$$. I went in for my wisdom tooth, they didn’t care about how I felt. It had been giving me a lot of pain, they gave me nothing for it just sent me home because they wanted over $2500 for the tooth to be pulled, a crown (which actually needs pulled my new dentist told me)and other not necessary treatments! I have switched dentists, which the dentist I seen yesterday had NO problem pulling my wisdom tooth. It was also $77?... The office manager at Aspen said they wanted to do the scaling and such BEFORE they pulled my tooth..(cmon now) which is more money for them. Some of the staff is rude, some aren’t. But if you need work done, go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommended Aspen to ANYONE needing dental work, even my worst enemy. Find a family dentist, not corporate ones!

They had no concern to using insurance, They were more concerned in getting the money than caring for patient, My Dad has Alzheimer’s and lost his teeth I made appointment because they make replacements in house, He has Blue Cross Blue Sheild Saphire that pays eighty percent of dentures every four years, they never consulted the insurance and had him apply for loan for $1080 to pay their charges for the teeth. Also here he sits no teeth unable to eat unless soft food out $1000 loanalready paid to Aspen Dental to wait two to four weeks to get teeth.No concern to urgency to help him out.

I was extremely impressed from every member of the staff. I have had very few bad experiences with dentist’s offices. Having said that , this has to be one of the absolute best experiences I have had . The staff are all knowledgeable, respectful, and down to earth .

I had an appointment today that I made almost a month ago. I get to the office only to be told my appt was cancelled 2 days ago. I confirmed my appt on 10/29. I am a travel nurse and had to come into town specifically for my dentist appointment. I had prepaid half of amount due and my payment wasn't in my file. So after telling me so sorry but we can't do anything for you today but you can come back I decided to get a refund and go somewhere that wants my business. I couldn't even get my money back today, it's going to take 7-10 business days to get a refund. I am so frustrated! This is the second appointment that was cancelled by the office. The staff is friendly and if you can actually get in to see anybody they might be okay, however, I wouldn't know since I haven't been able to get in.
