Quick and great service. Never have to wait long to be seen. Called them because I was in pain from the filling I had and they got me scheduled in the next days. The doctor is super friendly and they don’t have any surprising fees, they always let you know what they are doing and how much it’s going to be before.

Best dentist ever!!! They even gave me a warm neck pillow during the exam. This is seriously the best dentist office I've ever been to. Dr. Haider seems very passionate, caring, and competent.

They are so nice with the kids..I hardly wait not more than 5 mins in the lobby..and my kid loves her treatment...my kid never complained about the pain at all during treatments ..friendly staff. and a very clean play area too.

Took my kids out to Allen Institute of Dentistry - I've gone through my share of dentists with my kids, most of them usually complain that they cannot get them to sit still...yes they are kids what are you expecting?!, i gave AID a try and my kids were really responsive with Dr Haider, she understands kids and actually played games while they were getting their cleanings. I found my dentist! Love love love her! would recommend her 110%

Usually have a good experience here, but recently the service and quality of this place has been abysmal. I have been waiting to have a procedure done for over 6 months at this point and its going to be even longer. I came in today to have a crown placed after waiting 5 months for this service because the initial one broke. However, instead of even placing the crown they told me the one they have won't work so I will have to come back for a 3rd time. I was not given an apology nor a real explanation. And the fact that its COVID-19 they could've at least called and told me this information instead of having me come in for 5 minute and just telling me to leave again. Still received no apology and no one is working to making this happen any faster. Extremely disappointed - won't be coming here after this crown placement.

Love this dental office. Everyone is so nice and friendly. My son had to have two teeth extracted and it was soooo quick and easy.....and he didn't feel a thing. Yea braces, here we come.

I have always hated and feared going to the dentist and getting needles in my mouth, but going to Allen Institute of Dentistry has completely rid me of that fear. The staff and Dr. Haider are super nice and make sure you are completely comfortable throughout any work that is getting done.
