Have been here very often as I have very bad dental health. I went there this weekend to have a tooth put on that fell off and it's still wiggling. I'm very careful to not eat on the tooth and not eat anything tacky or too hard. The dentist that does my root canals is very sweet. But the one that does everything before and after is not the same. I went in there because I had temporary teeth that were hurting just to touch them. Like if I breathed on them they would hurt. But when she looked at them I didn't get any numbing of any sort. I was in so much pain that day. I do not recommend. For getting crowns

The staff never calls or email you back like they tell you. I tried for 2 weeks to get a response both thru calls and email but nothing. This is the most unhelpful dentist office, it's like they don't want people to use them or their services

Ftr, this appointment took over three hours. The ladies in this location office are awful and so unprofessional. I’m sitting in the lobby, which is clean and lovely sure, and their voice and manners to patients face are super kind, but they sure are not after they get off the phone or the patient leaves. A woman came in to drop off a resume and three of them proceeded to talk bad about, laugh at her appearance, and make fun of her age and experience, repeatedly, without ever trying to be quiet about it at all. The other woman in the lobby who is waiting for her husband and I are just looking at each other with eyes wide. Cut to almost an hour later, and there is a guy my sister said is the office manager, and one of the same women in the front now still talking unkind and laughing about someone else now, but this time looked at me,and finally started whispering. Hunny if you see this and it was you on Aug 30, withdrawal that application now! And maybe don’t come here for anything other than a cleaning. Since they have issues figuring out a refund for charging her prior to actually getting services they ended up sending her somewhere else to do after leaving her with a lot of pain and not providing her with anything afterwards. ✌🏼

I’m not a fan of dental visits, but I am a fan of Baytown Modern Dentistry! From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel welcomed and cared for. Jackie does an amazing job on my family’s teeth every time, and Dr. Fann is so kind and helpful. She listens to every one of my questions and always answers thoroughly. I would recommend this place to everyone!

It's been a while since my kids and I had been to a dentist, so I was expecting the first visit to be rough. The visit was amazing. When we arrived at the facility, the staff was friendly and ready to see us without delay. The service I received was wonderful. The dentist and her support staff were quick and thorough. I look forward to returning for our next appointment.

Had a visit this month for myself and my son for cleanings and to see if we needed any work done. We both needed some work and they were able to work us in same day! Honestly can't say enough good things about this place and the staff! Not only did they take amazing care of us but they were so gentle! I have a terrible needle phobia and had zero issues with the numbing shots! Even if you're not in Baytown this place is worth the drive!

Absolutely hands down the BEST dental office I've ever been to! Went in and had to have a tooth pulled. Not only was it done same day but I had zero pain (during and after) and healed perfectly! If you need a dentist in Baytown, this is the one to use!

Had an appointment this morning at 8am, xray done and exam with in an hour of my apponitment. , appointment was for cleaning.Then sitted there for another hour waiting for the consult and plan of care.Dentist addressed no cavity but 1 teeth need to be treated. Waited for another hour and got bored so I walked to the front only to see this woman I was waiting for setting doing nothing,with no customer either.Yet I was waiting for her for consult at the back.
Finally I ask her whats going on and she said I would have to pay $820 before they could clean my teeth.It was a disappointment,I have Aetna and cleaning should be 100 percent cover.There is no way I would go back to this place.Dentist was very nice but with this people at the front that don't care how you feel!I don't think I would back.

Absolutely recommend this office for your dental care. Very attentive and obviously caring for their clients. I had a root canal done and the second I felt any discomfort, they immediately stopped and administered additional local anesthetic (which also wasn’t nearly as unpleasant of an experience as I’ve had in the past). Their friendly staff also made a normally uncomfortable experience, much less daunting!

Best experience ever!! April took great care of me!! Switched to this office from a different one and saved 50% on the price, hundreds of dollars in savings!! To top it off they take amazing care of you and it was much faster than I could have ever hoped for! They really care about you here, not just looking for a profit! I will definitely be back for all my family's dental needs!
