My experience with Dr. Patel has been wonderful! She did two painless root canals for me. It was quick and easy. I have had dental anxiety due to past experiences but Dr. Patel made me feel completely comfortable and excited to go the dentist again. Her assistant Tiffany and front desk are amazing and kind. You are in good hands at Floss & Gloss!

Had a sudden pain on Friday night and was able to get an appointment on Saturday morning on a very short notice and had a root canal that same morning.
Staff was friendly, can’t judge the professionalism of the stuff as I barely remember it because of my pain. The doctor, however, was incredible, polite, thorough, and knowledgeable.
The full verdict is still to comes as I have a temporary crown and should return in 3 weeks, some pain after procedure is normal, I suppose, as this is maybe first root canal, however the fact that they were able to accommodate me and perform a root canal on such short notice, speaks volume for their care for even new patients.

Very very satisfied with my visit. X-ray experience was top tier. I’m known to be squirmy with my teeth and gums. However, Doc was very reassuring and made me feel at home. After my visit, I felt like I had made a new family. 10 out of 10, absolutely recommend!!!!

Had a great experience, the staff and dentist were very helpful. Dr. Patel was very gentle and made going to the dentist less daunting. I was in a lot of pain due to a bad denture set by another dentist, but Dr.Patel fixed me with a much better one. I highly recommend this dentist.

I have always hated going to the dentist! It was the fear of people being in my mouth along with the judgement. I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was in elementary school and I’m now 30 yrs old. I knew it was time to go to the dentist because I was not liking the way my teeth looked due to my own lack of not flossing regularly. I’ve had insurance for 5 years now and this is the year I finally sucked it up and decided to go! I choose this dentist because my bf had went before for an emergency tooth removal and I took note of the good service then, but they went OVER AND BEYOND on my first visit for myself! I was so impressed with the service from the very start of me calling to SET my appointment to the very end. They were so courteous, caring and willing to give me anything I needed! Dr. Nilam Patel is top tier! She immediately knew what I needed and didn’t try to sell me any extra services that I didn’t need. She kept me comfortable throughout the whole process. She was also attentive and knowledgeable. When I told her I hadn’t been to the dentist in years she didn’t guilt or shame me. She told me I came to the right place and she’d take care of me. And that she did! The staff was excellent, from the front desk, to what I believe are the dentist techs or assistants, were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door! I am very happy with my service and I have seen so much improvement with my teeth. I feel more confident in my smile which I thank Dr. Nilam Patel for that! I have no fear of going to the dentist which Is something I never thought I’d day! I can now go with absolutely no worries because I know Dr. Nilam Patel and staff will take care of me!
