We had a rather long wait, but this was our first visit and it took some time for the insurance to get taken care of. The dentist gave us a good checkup but just a regular cleaning. We both needed a periodontal cleaning. I'm not sure the dentist knows the difference between a regular cleaning and a periodontal cleaning.

I would highly recommend this dental office. The staff is wonderful and doctors are great . I was visiting from our of town and woke up with the worst tooth ache. I called Borger Smiles and they fit me in without hesitation. The procedure went smooth and painless. I have dental anxiety and the assistant Cece made sure I was comfortable and relaxed during the procedure.

It took forever to get a tooth pulled, and they cut my tongue and now I have nerve damage and can’t even stick my tongue out less eat anything unless it’s soft. And now I slur my words because I’m not able to talk normal because of it

Terrible service my wife went there to have a tooth pulled. They were supposed to have all the insurance stuff done before we came and they didn’t. They take her back get her numb, then they tell her they are waiting for the insurance to tell them how much we will for the appointment. Then after 20 minutes of her sitting in the room numb, they come out to me and want me to pay for the appointment before they will pull the tooth. I will never bring my family back again.

The staff was very friendly and great, but the service itself was lacking. I went in for my 6 month cleaning as a new patient and was expecting xrays, an exam and a "normal" cleaning. The first two things were fine but the "cleaning" I received was just an electric toothbrush with toothpaste. The inside of my teeth weren't thoroughly cleaned. No flossing, no scraping, no mouth wash. I left feeling like I could have done a better job myself. They charged my insurance $45 for that "cleaning" and I'm very unhappy with that service.
