Great Service! My entire family has been going to Gallop Family Dentistry since 2009. We all like the hygienists and Dr. Gallop. I am especially thankful that he read the email I sent on a Friday when they were closed since I had some sort of infection and was in great pain. Dr. Gallop called me right away and prescribed antibiotics, which did the trick. Also, don't be put off that they no longer have a receptionist. They take turns answering the phones at the front desk. It's a small business and they are definitely focused on their patients. Highly recommend.

We have been going to Gallop Dentistry since 2009. Dr. Gallop and his staff make my entire family feel comfortable each and every time. The way Gallop dentistry operates really feels like a family business. I have had a history of a very sensitive tooth and Dr. Gallop was very considerate of my pain tolerance even when I wasn't the most ideal patient. I would recommend Gallop Dentistry to anyone whether and individual or a family looking for a dentist.

I had the day off and called Gallop Dentistry to schedule an appointment in the 2 month near future (that I'm accustomed to doing with my old dentist), but was delighted to get in that afternoon!
The office is modern and pleasant to hang around in while you're waiting. The rooms are mostly private and very clean. Enid took good care of me; she's got a great sense of humor, walked me through everything she was doing, and gave me a lot of new info about my teeth than I had known before.
Dr. Gallop was also very professional, he gave me a run down on how my teeth are doing and tips on what else I could do to keep my teeth and gums healthy.
Overall, it was a great experience. Sometimes when you're at an office, you feel like just another cog in the machine. That is NOT the case here, and I can appreciate that.
I'm definitely going to go back for my 6 month checkups.

I've been going to the same dentist my entire life, so I was a little apprehensive about going to Gallop for some routine cleaning and whitening. I had no need to worry! They're very friendly and professional and Katherine is a great hygienist. My teeth feel very clean and do not even hurt a little. The office and the rooms are very nice and modern and outfitted with very high tech and modern equipment, including television you can watch while you get your teeth cleaned. That's what I call service! They're very time efficient, did not leave us waiting even though we showed up almost 30 minutes early to complete the paperwork, and did the teeth castings in such a manner that we were able to pick them up right after the appointment. Billing is easy and they have some very good promotions and prices. Will come back again!

I've been going to Gallop Dentistry for many years and very pleased with Dr. Gallop and his staff’s work. The office is very friendly and welcome. Dr. Gallop really does care about the results. I like that I had never been pushed to any procedure that was not medically necessary but always had been understood and given solutions to my concerns. I like the respect to me and my time that is carrying through everything what is done in the office, including no holds on the phone and no delayed appointments. High standards in quality and services make this place standout.

My family has routinely seen Dr. Gallop for all our general dental needs for the past 6 years. I have moved often and one of the tasks I dread most is finding a dentist, often trying two or three dentists before finding the right fit. I feel truly blessed to have found Dr. Gallop on my first try after moving to Austin, and I have recommended him to those looking to find a family dentist. His care is excellent and both Katherine and Enid are superb hygienists. Dr. Gallop's referrals for specialized dental work have always been excellent. Such a great experience I have had with Gallop Family Dentistry! Super polite when making a reservation, very welcoming upon walking in, and the hygienist and the dentist are incredibly professional and kind. I can't recommend this place enough! The staff is very courteous and professional. My hygienist is always very conversational and explains everything clearly. Dr. Gallop is extremely thorough and clear on what he is doing every step of the way. I have convinced my whole family to make the switch to Gallop and we are all very satisfied!

This obviously was a mistake.
The friendly folks at Gallop Family Dentistry took me from dental disaster to smiling superstar. They were really incredible and I've actually enjoyed my dental visits -- yes, even the ones for fillings and such. The great staff took a lot of care and made me feel relaxed and I can't tell you how pleased I am with the outcome. Thanks Dr. Gallop!

We moved to Austin from San Antonio where my dentist was a former high school classmate who I trusted emphatically. Instead of having to choose a new dentist in Austin and end up with someone I did not like, my original plan was to just go back to my San Antonio dentist when needed. This got old fast so I selected a dentist in Austin only to have my concerns come true. I was not happy so I tried another dentist but had the same result. Finally I found Gallop Family Dentistry and I won’t be going anywhere else. Dr. Gallop and his staff are excellent. The atmosphere is professional but friendly. The office feels comfortable, new and clean. I’m in my late 50's so some dental work is inevitable but I don’t have to worry about having work recommended that is not really necessary. Dr. Gallop and his dental assistant Melissa have installed two crowns and I could not be happier with the work and the overall experience. Katherine is my dental hygienist and is the best ever. Enid is my wife’s dental hygienist and my wife is as equally as happy as I am. Dr. Gallop has been our dentist for about eight years now and he and his staff have taken great care of us. I have no doubt the preventative and restorative work they provide us will keep our teeth healthy and happy for a long while to come. If you are looking for a dentist you really should give these guys a try … you won’t be sorry!
