Originally I gave this place 5 stars. That was before they started to overcharge me through their payment plan. My insurance has already paid my dental charges and I was still being autodrafted. I have been trying to correct this for about a month now, with no success, and finally had to do a stop payment on my own. The only reason I got a call back from them is because they think I'm behind on their payment. Now they have the audacity to call/text me with collections for a non-payment!!! Avoid this option if you want to avoid the same hassle!!!

I was experiencing severe tooth pain and not only did they get me in the same day (late in the day) but they took care of the problem tooth. In addition, they worked with me on the cost. Being a situation that came out of nowhere I did not have much money to give. They were able to work out a plan with me so I could get the help I so desperately needed. The staff were very polite and sympathetic to my situation and Dr. Arredondo made me feel very comfortable although I was in an incredibly uncomfortable state. I highly recommend this office to anyone and will be utilizing Calallen Dentist for my entire family. Thank you very very much Calallen Dental!!!!!

Too much staff turnover. Had four visits over a two year period for regular cleaning and had four different dental hygienists (all very good) and four different dentists. Tired of repeating my history and three of the four doctors did not listen or inquire of my history. Too quick to judge without taking time to gather facts. I will not be returning to this practice.
