July I had my bottom retainer removed and told I would have replacement one within 3 weeks. Called with no response and went into office only to have to do a new impression for the retainer again in November here it is the end of December still no retainer! The dentist told me I had 3 months to get a new retainer before my teeth shifted! Well 6 months have passed now and they were paid upfront for the retainer! I don’t recommend this place at all! I call with no call back always a stupid answering service!

I love the staff here! They make me feel comfortable and the services provided were quick and easy! Especially appreciative of Susie, who always makes me laugh and feel welcome and definitely less nervous about coming to the dentist!👍🏽

I love the staff and the professional manner they greet us. They don't make you feel like just another number. They seem sincere in the care we received. I think many of us go to the appointment nervous and a bit anxious but the staff made us feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you, it really makes the difference.

My first time here, or to any dentist in years. So glad I chose this place! It was very inviting, the staff was easy to talk to, I didn't not feel rushed at all. They made my experience back to the dentist change for the better. If you're having any worries about who to see, definitely come here! The lead tech Slesie is amazing, so full of energy, stories and definitely made me feel better!

Susie made me feel so comfortable with my appointment. I’ve always had anxiety going to the dentist and she helped so much. Dr Foster was also wonderful! He listened to my concerns. Got me on the schedule to get my wisdom teeth out. Hands down will recommend this place to anyone!

I was very pleased with my office visit. The staff and Dr Foster were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain any findings, procedures, and the insurance breakdown for that day and any future visits. I am not a fan of the central call center to make appointments and confirm appointments. My preference is to speak to an individual in the office.

Does anyone notice how all the reviews are 5 star? I put a review after my last experience with this place and somehow it’s gone. Well not only did the dentist continue working on me while I was screaming in pain, now they are stealing my refund. Calallen dental owes me $3600 for services they did not complete and claim the refund was successful. My bank has no record of it and I sure as heck did not receive it. If you are trying to get dental implants go somewhere else. There dentist is rude, no bedside manner and he put my implants in too close to the nerve. I had to pay another $500 to have them removed and that’s after I spent $6000 to have them put in. They can continue to erase my reviews but I promise I’m not going anywhere and I will continue to put these up on a daily until I get my money!

My son came home from a sleep over with chipped and broken teeth. His pain was severe and his pediatric dentist would no longer see him. Our insurance gave me three options and I am so glad I chose Calallen Dental. They got us in right away, sent the paperwork to my phone in order to get us in even faster. Rebecca took xrays and was patient and friendly. Dr Foster was super kind and helped explained his plan for getting my sons smile back. I have found our new family dentist for sure. Special thanks to the front desk for reminding me to take a school excuse. You guys simply rock!
