Dr. Lohman was gentle and her staff was so kind in accommodating this Nervous Nellie! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while due to a painful experience, and they put me at ease throughout the entire process. I had the BEST experience at Dallas Dental Group. We all know that the dentist isn’t our favorite place but everyone from the front desk to back of the house we’re great. Valerie(hope that’s her name, she was wearing red vans) was extremely pleasant and warming. Dr. White was just as great and extremely personable. Orthodontist(missed his name, sorry) was extremely descriptive on a potential plan and made sure i didn’t have any questions. Lastly, I met with Jana for my teeth cleaning and she was AMAZING and very thorough. I left with not only beautiful clean teeth but the best experience at a dentist i’ve ever had!

Everyone was so welcoming and the staff were all very helpful in walking you through what they’re doing. The hygienist recommended a different type of cleaning than originally booked and offered to have the price checked against my insurance before proceeding to make sure I was comfortable with the cost. Definitely recommend coming here!

My dentist Dr Charles Rankin retired so I was asked to see Dr Brennan Welsh. After seeing Dr Rankin for so many years, I wasn’t totally comfortable seeing another dentist. When I came in for my appointment with Dr Welsh, he came in and immediately put me at ease. He did a great job and I never had any pain.when I got home or that night. He even called that evening to see how I was doing. He had drained an abscess where a tooth had been pulled and took the bone fragments out. This was not done by Dr Rankin.
He is very kind and gentle and his assistant Sam is very knowledgeable of her job. I would recommend going to him.

After Dr. Rankin retired i thought I would go to a dentist closer to my home. Then I met Dr. Welch. A part of my tooth broke off and he needed to do a crown. A true test of a good dentist is how well they give a shot. He didn’t hurt one bit! He did a great job and I will continue driving from Garland to Dallas to go to this dental office. Also… Susie is a great hygienist! She is gentle but thorough.

The staff were professional and friendly. One of the tests had to be done twice as the settings were wrong the first time. I was quoted $400 for an initial checkup and teeth cleaning but initially the reception tried to charge me nearly $700. I told them I had been quoted $400 before I booked my visit. This charge was adjusted but was still a lot over $400. Ended up being $488. Without insurance this is a large difference. Your service was very good but disappointed that the original $400 quote was not honored. I was happy with the care that I received though which was very thorough and professional. I have visited many, many dentists across the country and I have to say this is the absolute best place ever! Dr. Lohmann took her time and explained every detail to my teenage son which made him feel comfortable with the upcoming work. They also have really high tech equipment that was very impressive! I highly recommend this practice!!
