New to the area a needed a new dentist. Dr. Loftus is truly a gem in the dental industry. He absolutely loves what he does and it shines through in his service. It also helps that he’s pretty funny and super personable. I needed some specialty dental work and instead of him trying to go at himself he recommended me to an endodontist that turned out to also be absolutely amazing.

Dr. Loftus was incredible. He was thorough, caring, conversational, and answered all of my questions. I will absolutely be visiting him again for all of my dental care. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Refreshing… yes that is the word that comes to mind after my appointment with dr loftus. After having a horrible experience at a franchise dental office I located Dr loftus’ practice. I was pleasantly surprised that there are still professionals that take the time and interest in their patients and their needs. I can not imagine a better experience anywhere than what I have experienced now after two visits at this dental office.

Dr. Loftus and his staff are a fantastic dental practice. They are thorough and diligent but create a very laid back and inviting environment. I have been of patient of his for years and level of personalized service he delivers by remembering details from prior visits’ conversations is second to none. The hygienist Felicia always provides a thorough deep clean with no pain while carrying on engaging conversation that makes time in the chair fly by. If you are looking for a great small practice in DFW where everybody knows your name, Dr. Loftus’s practice is the dentist for you!

Dr. Loftus is great! He was straight forward with me and answered all my questions!! I really enjoyed my visit even though It was dentist visit lol. His front staff has also been very helpful! I’m happy to have found this new place!!

So I’m not usually one to write reviews, normally just read them. However, I have to give credit where it is due. My experience with Dr. Loftus and his staff was hands down the best I’ve ever had at a dentist. Dr. Loftus made sure I understood everything from X-rays, his long term plan, and he was hands on the entire way. From basically check-in to check-out. One thing that will stick with that I’ve never heard from a dentist before… when I told him I needed 2 crowns.. he quickly corrected me and said “you want 2 crowns, you don’t always necessarily need them”. Many times at the dentist it feels like you are dealing with a cars salesman. Not Dr. Loftus! I could tell he generally cared about my health short and long term.

UPDATE: ALL has been addressed and resolved. Thank you for reaching out to me. I'm happy to know that I will no longer have to experience that level of rudeness again. I like the new front desk person, very nice and professional. I have decided to change my rating to 5 stars because you won me and my family back. Thank you for caring and all you do for our dental needs.

Dr. Loftus, I appreciate you remembering bits and pieces of our lives that we share with you when we visit. It's amazing how your remember those things. You really make up for the lack of customer service the Front Desk person does not supply. But unfortunately, my last visit I wasn't too impressed with her attitude via over the phone and in person. To be blunt, she is RUDE and doesn't seem to care for people of color. Just my observation. Perhaps you're okay with that but I'm NOT. I beg of you to consider getting someone else to work your Front Office. If you don't want to replace her then put her in the BACK office where she doesn't have to deal with your clients because I just can't seem to bring myself to deal with her. It's that bad!

But I do appreciate you taking care of me and my family dental needs over the years.

Dr. Loftus is the best Dentist I have ever been to! I was a new patient (and new to Texas) and he made me feel so welcomed. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and what my issues were he talked to me for hours on why we needed to do such procedures, why this happened or that, and offered so many cost effective options versus going the expensive route! He is very knowledgeable, has lots of experience and he is very funny and easy to talk to. He officially has a new loyal patient. PLEASE VISIT HIM IN ADDISON!!

Dr. Loftus is a wonderful dentist! His office is modern and very clean. I almost look forward to my visits! ;-) He and his staff are always very nice. I get regular cleanings and had a few other odds and ends. All have been completely pain free. I am very pleased and recommend him completely!
