Called to make an appointment and was highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the woman who answered. She was unfriendly in manner and portrayed an attitude throughout the phone call. I let her know that I changed my mind about the office. People have bad days, but if this is the office’s first impression on new patients, they are losing business. I’d recommend customer service phone training for her.
