Quick, polite, gave me recommendations for care but never pressured to do anything. I went in for a cavity, was told how much it would cost, was shown a breakdown of how and why, and then got my cavity fixed. Easy. Learned for the first time about specifics of my teeth, why I'm having the issues I'm having, and how to practice better oral hygiene for my own benefit, with zero pressure to do anything. You would think this would be the standard treatment at a dentist office, but I've seriously never had a single one take time to teach me about what type of toothpastes and flosses I should be using before today!

I tried them out for the first time and was not happy at all. My biggest issue is that I scheduled my appointment to have a much needed cleaning which was a huge reason why I even set the appointment up. I understand just like most dental offices an exam and x-rays need to be done as well which were no problem but I get told after x-rays exam and going over my treatment plan that my cleaning needs to be scheduled on another visit. I was beyond frustrated that I was not told this when I scheduled so I could plan accordingly and ask for additional time off of work. I feel like I wasted two hours of my day and lefted work early just to not be able to get what I came in for done because of the staff’s lack of communication!

Excellent customer experience. No wait after I arrived. Clear explanation of xray and plan for my crown. I like Dr Chin and all office staff. They presented whst my insurance will cover and my expected out of pocket costs. Very Professional.

2 months ago I gave 5 stars, today that rating goes down. Up until today, for the last 5 or so years my kids have come here, we have had no complaints, but today left us feeling like our lives didn't matter as long as the office could make that extra dollar... As the ladies are gabbing about their lives, kids, pets as kids and other patients, they failed to ask me, the parent, if it was ok to add onto today's visit. The season is hard enough on parents, please confirms with the parents before you add on and disrupt an entire family's schedule.

I’m one of those people who had a series of bad experiences with dentistry and took a 9 year gap between my last visit and today.
The entire staff put me at ease. They turned on Netflix and I watched the office while I waited - 10/10. They even sent me home with a goodie bag and masks!
I truly appreciate and respect the ethics of and integrity the staff and the doctors.
