If there’s something that hate about a clinic is when they tell you “we’ll send it to the insurance and we’ll let you know how much is it” not here, they give you price right in the spot, that feels transparent, all the staff is incredibly friendly, my 4 year old has pts from a hospitalization so she gets pretty bad with doctors after that and they are so patient, they know how calm kids down. Very detailed information, everything is very clean, our 6mo cleaning experience is always impeccable no matter who is in. The honesty! Wow! I been told by other dentists that had like 4 cavities that i needed to fix ASAP, turnes out i dont! This place is gold.

Love this practice!!! We travel 90 miles for honest, quality care and that’s what we receive here- EVERY TIME. We have been coming to Dr. Villarreal and Dr. Chapa for 1.5 years, after having terrible dental work done from inexperienced doctors at Prestiage Family Dentistry in Edinburg, Texas and New Horizons on Pecan. Dr. Villarreal helped alleviate the pain my husband had and fixed ALL the problems that Prestiage had cause my husband and I! It was 6 months of back and fourth with Prestiage - we should have know they didn’t know what they were doing just by years of experience and having to make unnecessary trips to Prestige and Horizon. After desperately looking for a great dentist the good Lord blessed us with Dr. Villarreal and Dr. Chapa because of the 1 review someone took the time to do on Dr. Villarreal. I trusted that review and now we are committed to this practice because they know what they are doing here and they have always taken care of us. George the dental hygienist is always so attentive and takes his time. Love this practice, their people and its location too!

This was my first time visiting the office. The ladies at the front are very nice and inviting. Jorge, my hygienist, was very nice and explained everything step by step. Dr. Chapa is very nice and professional. My overall experience was great. I like that they constantly make sure to check if you have any questions. Considering that I was feeling uneasy going to the dentist in the first place, I am beyond thankful for everyone’s kindness, patience, and level of care. Highly recommend!

I normally dread check-ups and teeth cleanings, but this place made it such a pleasant experience! They worked with my dental discount plan and everyone was friendly and kind. I felt safe because everyone on staff was wearing a mask and I was out of there in an hour and a half. The receptionists are extra nice. ;)
