Great experience at the office. Everyone was really kind and helpful at each step of my first visit to the dentist after not going for 5 years. Dr. Alvarado was quick and thorough with his examination and explained everything that needed to be done and was very receptive to questions/concerns that I had. Dr. Benavides who did my fillings made the experience a very pleasant one and was very considerate given my nerves with getting my first fillings. He also explained everything about the process and made sure during the procedure that I was ok. Jennifer did an amazing job with cleaning my teeth and making sure that I was back on track to a healthy smile.

This is the first time I ever write a review, but I felt like it was important to let others know what to expect & find a better dental office to get work done. I went in with no insurance, which I knew obviously I would need to pay out of pocket for services. I went in voiced my concerns, but they only cared about getting more money out of me BEFORE doing what I only wanted done. I let the Dr know I was not interested in anything else, that’s when Cathy came in & the dental assistant trying to pressure me into getting teeth fixed that DID NOT bother me that DID NOT hurt. I kept saying no but I felt so desperate to fix what I wanted fixed that I gave in. I got out on payment plan with the credit company, finished paying almost $6,000 for services I believe I did not need. Later to find out I was getting sent more bills from office, these people were billing me for something I DID NOT get done, mind you I hadn’t been there in over a year! Also, the “advanced equipment” they used on me did not work. I would not recommend this dental office to family or friends, they state they care about patients but in reality they care about getting more money out of you. Also, DO NOT let them have your credit card information they will take advantage & take out money for supposedly “routine cleaning” when you haven’t even been there, & won’t give you a refund for it. I hope this can help someone & just do your research before going to any dental office.

Incredible service. Initially, i couldn’t tell who was the doctor as everyone was so professional & knowledgeable. Jennifer was fantastic! So gentle, patient & made it easy for my 7 year old to feel comfortable . Liked it so much , I've referred myself over!

Dr. Salinas was so wonderful. I came in for a implant malfunction and his office took me in the same day. Dr.Salinas was very thorough, patient and gave me piece of mind. He is confident and takes pride in his work. I am very thankful. His staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend everyone here.

Haven’t been to the dentist office since I was 7 years old. Terrified to go after so long but the staff here was so caring, compassionate and competent with my dental health. Aleida the hygienist is AMAZING! Her care is top of the line! Dr. Salinas and his assistant Brittany were so professional and excellent when I needed a procedure done. They are truly a magnificent team to behold for the RGV.
