Awesome experience with the dentists and the assistants. They have a great team I really hope they treat them well as they do an amazing job. They have been in business for 20 years and it shows. They are professional but they give off a family feeling too. They are friendly, understanding, and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. They are punctual which is always a plus. You do not have to wait more than 5 minutes once you get there. They make recommendations and allow you to decide what treatments you want done depending on your budget.

Came in for an emergency and stayed for the comforting, friendly environment. The dentists and staff are all great; they're very understanding and make you feel comfortable. I have major dental anxiety but everyone was so good to me and made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. They also try to help you with scheduling your appointments around your schedule and there's really no wait time when you do come in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Lakes Family Dental staff and doctors have all been great, welcoming, and very informative. I do like that there is not much waiting as you'll be seen pretty much the time your appointment is set for. During my multiple visits, Rita and Kelsey were really great to talk to and able to help with anything needed while waiting for the doctor to begin.

Be aware that they push for a good review before any services for a discount, hence all the 5 star reviews…that’s why they get 2 stars….that said I did get a very good cleaning. However, be prepared to pay a little above other dentists in the area! Also they have a way to not let you go from their until you book mire appointments so be prepared to spend 2-3 hours at their office. Overall they do good it’s just too pushy and they keep calling you months after you have told them you are not interested in their services!

Pros: The staff are very friendly and they communicate well. The place always has a very inviting atmosphere and the lobby smells really nice. The entire office is really quite opulent. I really like the dentist, he was very kind and thorough. He took his time with me addressing issues beyond just cavities. The schedulers will reach out to you by call or text to make sure you’re up to date on everything.
Cons: I’m skeptical about all the costs and plans, i paid so much money just for fillings but I suppose that’s how it is anywhere when you don’t have dental coverage, and with all the high tech and high end features of the office, I can’t help but wonder if i could be paying less somewhere else, but as far as service goes I really do think they do offer the best and most comprehensive care here.

Friendly staff but that's how they get you to fall for their scam. Don't fall for all of these fake 5 star ratings. They bribe you into leaving a 5 star rating before you even see the dentist. They will say you need all these different procedures on your teeth. Their goal is to max out your insurance. The consultant will tell you everything in total will cost about 10k. They will then try to get you to apply for a credit card on the spot because your insurance will only pay like 3k. They expect you to pay for everything before any of the work is even started. I will never understand how someone can work for a dentist that is okay with putting people in debt like this. Get your dental work elsewhere and you will save a lot of money.

Marisol and Aleida were very knowledgeable in what we needed and explained each step of the way.
