My entire experience was wonderful. The office staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone was honest and informative without being condescending. Dental work is pricey anywhere you go, but they helped me find financing options that work for me. They are also realistic about how much work I can afford at any one time. Dr. Flores was amazingly sensitive to my particular needs. I also find it convenient that the records of the work she did and the financing can be accessed at any Aspen. However, as long as I have no emergencies, I only want Dr. Flores to administer my care!
For cash patients they have a convenient in-house discount plan. For an annual fee of $39 I get multiple discounts on services. This is very helpful for someone on a fixed income and/or no dental insurance.

Dr Flores and her staff are a rare find! They really care for thier patients. The service/appointments were fast and painless. I got a new set of dentures and for the first time in 10 years I can wear and eat without the glue. My teeth look as close to my natural teeth as you can get. The whole progress from start to finish took 3 days. This wonderful clinic/ group will be my Dental Group from now on! Do yourself a favor and go see them for all your dental health exams.

I cannot express our gratitude for how compassionate and professional this wonderful dentist is. You know you’ve found an incredible health care provider when you walk in and know everyone by first name. I can’t express enough how happy I was to find Aspen Dental and Dr. Flores when I moved back to El Paso.
