Everything would have been fine if they had been honest to share with us that the teeth cleaning that we had initially called about to schedule would not be the same day as our appointment! After I entered the exam room, the lady mentioned that they could not do a cleaning that day as the phlebotomist was busy so she could set us up with an appointment for that after this day! I told her that I had originally called about making an appointment for a cleaning and would not be able to schedule YET another one after today. I was on a rare weekday off. I excused myself from the room And we politely left. We headed to another dentist on a walk in request and got our work done there.

WOW !!! What a Fabulous Experience I had at Aspen Dental (El Paso Tx) with Dr. Larisa Flores, and her Professionally trained staff.
I had to have my (2) Front Teeth Fixed. A Crown on my left, and a Veneer on my right tooth. The Finished Product Fits Great!! They’re Smooth and Solid in my mouth, and their the Exact Color to match my other teeth. I LOVE ❤️ THEM !!
Dr Flores and staff are Very Passionate about their Profession, because It Really Shows. Professional in Demeanor, Informative and Concise in their Communication on Dental Treatments and Financial Plan options.

Made my 1st appointment online it was easy and same day. When I got to the office I was greeted kindly and the check-in process was explained clearly and I was in the waiting room less than 10 minutes before being called in. The dental tech that took my x-rays and began my 1st visit process was professional informative and kind. After my x-rays were done. The dental hygienist came in and was also very professional, informative and just so, nice. The Dentist Dr. Flores was extraordinary my favorite. She was kind, very informative, and took her time to explain clearly and in a way I could understand. My overall dental health and plan. I felt like I was a priority and that my care was important. I'm used to Dentists being in a hurry, leaving me waiting and trying to get me in and out ASAP. Dr. Flores was the first dentist I've had to make me feel like my dental care was her priority instead of time and how fast. Everyone Involved in my visit was kind, informative and exceptional. 10/10 I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for an exceptional dentist and dental staff.

Have to say my experience at Aspen Dental El Paso was fantastic. Since walking in to the office I was welcomed by Maria who checked me in for my appointment. After checking in I was taken to the back for xrays by Jessica. Once all my xrays were completed Marysol who is the dental hygienist took measurements of all teeth. Service up to this point was fantastic. Once I sat down with Dr. Flores she was very professional and caring. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with her.
I recommend anyone that needs ANY dental care to visit Dr. Flores Sapien at Aspen Dental El Paso at the Fountains of Farah. You will thank me later!

This dental office is one of the best that I’ve ever been to. The staff is very friendly and so is the Dr. they were all very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable from check in through the actual exam itself.
