Great service!!
I took my daughter because she had a molar that required a root canal and she has always been scared to go to the dentist because of prior experiences at other dentists. Her fear was so bad that even when her molar was extremely painful she still refused to go see a dentist until the pain was unbearable, hence the root canal.
They made sure she was comfortable and at ease, the dental assistant made her feel less anxious and was very caring when speaking to her. (I forgot her name)

My family and I have been seeing Dr.Sanchez now for 3 years atleast and I just got my scheduled teeth cleaning.

Horrible dental office! Procedures he does comes off after a year. They give you a price on procedures and once you go back to another appt you owe twice the amount you already paid. I DO NOT recommend this dental office at all!! He refuses to pay the Dental Assistant’s what they deserve and get the girls doing their externship so he WONT have to pay them!!

I was referred to this dentist & I couldn't be happier!!! 🙌❤️🙏 Great customer service from the ladies up front, they're always so helpful & polite when it comes to setting appointments. The the dental assistants, omg 😊, I don't remember the lady's name but she (& Dr Sanchez as well) was an angel when I started getting anxious 😅 they both helped me relax ❤️

Highly recommend Desert East Family Denistry. I don't understand why this place doesn't have 5 starts! The entire staff is so kind and sweet. I reviewed the negative comments, most of them regard their dissatisfaction with issues regarding payments and emergency procedures. I can understand and validate that frustration. I've experienced that before with a different office on the west side. However, specific inconveniences could happen at any dentistry office, no office is perfect. I've been to several dentists in Italy, Florida and in Texas. I can honestly say the kind treatment, genuine concern, advanced expertise, and utmost kindness received by the staff and doctor is the best I've received out of all places I've visited. I would never change my dentist office because this is the only facility where I feel genuniely welcomed. For example, the staff remembers my name and my stories after every six month check up. How nice! That means alot to me. The dentist? By far the sweetest dentist I've ever met! When I had to get filling, at other offices, the dentists wouldn't care if I was in pain. However, at this office, the dentist consistently checks to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. This is an important trait that not every dentist has. Regarding children? When I was a child, I was terrified to go to a dentist's office. If my mother took me here, I would have never been scared. They are so kind-hearted and care about your child. This facility makes their patients feel important, welcomed, and overall satisfied with their experience. Don't look any further, go to this dentist! You won't regret it. I never write reviews, the fact that I'm writing this and it's length, should validate my comments.

Dont waste your money, I went in an emergency and paid 300 for a 5.00 prescription and later was not able to get my procedure done cause I was rushed to be numbed and then told they couldnt do it. Two different days and 300.00 later and I'm still left having to find someone else to do the procedure. Not very family oriented either. Dont take your kids here.

This office is dedicated to your dental health. It's a small practice and you get personal attention. Not like those big dental offices with 5 dentist that will make you go in twice one for exam then another for cleaning. The dentist there is so nice. I highly recommend this business.

Be aware they state late fees will apply after 90 days, but do not specify a $25 on a $45 bill. They do not offer the convenience of paying online like a department store or credit card company, however, have the tenacity of charging a $25 dollar fee.

Before you get a crown make you sure you get everything in writing before the service. I was satisfied for 4-5 years until this mess they made of my tooth
