Soto Dental Partners

I have been a patient of Dr Sotos for a few years now. Service has always been great and scheduling extremely easy. Especially since they have two locations. The west side office makes the drive from Las Cruces pretty easy. I recently came to Dr Soto with the want to have some cosmetic work done. It’s been something I’ve wanted to do for a while but never felt comfortable with another dentist. He did a great job in explaining the process and gave me a great feeling that I would love the results. Took plenty of time to help make sure we chose the right color and shape for them, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. While waiting for the permanent crown to come in I broke my temporary piece twice because I grind my teeth in my sleep. Both times they were able to get me in immediately the same day to get it fixed. He definitely went above and beyond on all aspects of the job and the staff is amazing as well. Even though there are plenty of dentists in Las Cruces, the drive to El Paso is well worth it for the level of service and skill provided. Will continue to use them for all of my future dental needs without a doubt.

I made an appt to get seen for my wisdom tooth. It was swollen and painful. They saw me fast and the Dr was very understanding. Although he wasn't able to work on my tooth he recommended me to an oral surgeon. The front desk Bri was so helpful. She called an made an appt for me, followed up with me and they even called me the day after to make sure I was helped. I really appreciate all they have done and hope to go back for my normal dental needs!!

Nice clean office, comfortable waiting area where you don't wait long, pleasant personnel, the dentists are friendly and well skilled.
I have had many dentists throughout my lifetime, but the Soto's are keepers!

Tabby always greets everyone when they walk in and is always so kind. I love how she remembers you by name, it truly makes you feel comfortable. My hygienist is always the same person (Monica) which I love unlike at other places where you might constantly have a different hygenist when you go in for a cleaning. I always highly recommend them. Especially if you are looking to try Invisalign.

This review is for the service Soto Dental Partners provided my mom. I'll write another one once the work is done. Mom is 84yrs of age and the majority of her teeth are in bad shape. Covid kept her from being treated the past 2 years. Dr Obed did a great job making her feel at ease and was very patient in answering her questions, there were a lot. Although dentures would have been the easiest solution he proposed a plan which would save the few good teeth she had left which made her very happy. Sophia did a great job with her teeth cleaning, she didn't feel any pain. Thank you all for providing my mother with great service. I'm taking my dad to y'all next.

Always on time and courteous. They have the best customer service provided their office staff. They send text and call reminders for appointments. They work easily with insurance (I have Humana). The doctors and hygienists do a great job, they know their stuff, they have the latest equipment, and they treat you like a human being. They even have nice technology to complete and sign intake forms on a computer and signature pad, so there's no ruffling through physical paperwork. I couldn't be happier with Soto Dental!

I cannot think of a better place to get care for me and my children’s teeth (ages 13, 5 and 1). We have been going to Soto dental for about 2 years now and everyone from the front desk receptionist to the x-ray tech, dental hygienist that cleans our teeth and our wonderful Dentist does an amazing job, make us feel welcome and know us by name. We love their wonderful, clean facility, we can choose from one of their two locations (we go to the West) and we always feel like one of the family. Thank you Soto dental for always taking care of us.

Well, I wish I could write a review as flowery as the rest of the folks on here but all I have is 5 Star as soon as you walk in until you leave everyone is professional, kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Soto Dental Partners.

My whole visit was a huge delight from beginning to end: The staff was very welcoming and quite efficient (assisted in getting insurance info and accommodating for the next appointment), the online update was a breezy, and hardly any wait time. My tech quite proficient and did a super job on my cleaning. I will certainly keep recommending Soto Dental Partners to family and colleagues. I will need to do my part in following my maintenance better.
