A had a really good experience. They are just a little less accommodating for military members than I would have hoped. They could also improve on communication with patients, but made me feel at ease and took great care of my child!

My five year old and I went in for his checkup. I had been very apprehensive about where to take him because other dental places will not allow you to go with your child during exams. That is not what we experienced. Stevenson’s Dental Ark allowed us to stay together the entire visit. The staff is kind and try to do their best to get us cared for quickly. Dr. Loughlin was super kind and understanding and made us feel cared for. My son required extensive treatment and he received the best care from the doctor and all the staff. Thank you Dr. Loughlin, Marco, Ofelia and Mayra! You all are the best at what you do. So blessed I found you!

Glad to be back switched a couple of years ago to another Dentist just because the other was closer and I regret ever changing. Such friendly office staff and my girls felt completely comfortable. Had been going there since my girls were babies. Best place ever!

Empty or full, the waiting is always the longest. Three patients in the waiting room including my son and there was still a 30 min wait after initial appointment time. That wait time does not include me arriving 15 before my appointment time. If the room is full then it's always at least an hour wait time before being seen. The customer service is decent, everyone puts on a smile to be polite, the actual dentists could be a little friendlier.

First of all the lady that called to confirm the appointment tried changing the time on us tried saying that the lady that set the appointment shouldn’t never Set it for that time and was demanding that it needed to be changed so we went with what time was best for them we get there and the young girl in the front checking us in was rude then they come out telling us that we cannot be in the back while my daughter is getting the procedure done I explain to them she has autism and I need to be present and they seem not to care after a little back-and-forth we were able to go to the back just a bad unhappy experience and will not be returning I recommend a different place for your kids also The parking lot is a mess the employees park in the back and go through a little side where people or customers are parked Getting very close to our vehicles another worker pulled up trying to show off her truck and got very close to us while we were walking like anyone cares what you are driving Everyone seemed unhappy and Down Like they didn’t like they’re jobs again just a very unhappy experience
