Staff is super friendly. Always very polite and understanding and my children love to see their dentist because of all the workers there. Plus the facility makeover is great kids love playing with the tablets. Dentist does a great job to take great care of my children's teeth too.

My kids love going there. Been with Dr Stevenson (dental ark) for about 10 years i would say. Staff is awsome and make sure my kids feel comfortable. They have always treated us well.

Made an appointment for a black spot my child had. hygienist did a cleaning, Dentist wanted to send me on my way without resolving the issue. I had called for that specific reason signed into their computer describing the concerns. Dentist said for me to come back for that concern. Let her know that I was there for a specific reason. Refused to leave until the issue was fixed. Dentist did a follow up 3 weeks later, when setting the appointment I asked for later time and they said no because the dentist covering had to fly out by 2 so 130 was the latest.when that day came they had 2 and a half hour wait, I asked the receptionist what about the dentist that had to leave by 2 and now there is a huge wait time, gave me some spill that made no sense. Dislike this place and how they conduct business. Would not recommend!!

Great old fashion Customer Service! The facility is very clean, very kid friendly and great check-in service. Great Dentist and super attentive medical staff. They are very patient with my child of special needs! Highly Recommended!!!

I was blown away by the way the staff cared for my children. I have a 3 year old who is afraid of X-Ray machines and the staff got him to take his oral X-Rays like it was nothing! The doctor even got him to let her paint on fluoride by singing to him. It was like watching a magician work! Our oldest has serious anxiety with doctors and in the past has needed sedation to get work done and today he (mostly) willingly let them work and was charmed by the staff. I was so pleased and so impressed! These ladies know what they're doing :)

Wonderful! My daughter walked out so happy. She was scheduled for crowns and fillings. The doctors double checked her before she had any work done and decided crowns weren't necessary. My daughter got white filling instead and her teeth look amazing!!
