My only negative experience was with the young lady that explained my insurance coverage. With my son's chart in hand and reviewing the treatment, she kept referring to him as a she. When I corrected her and told her my son was a he, she replied by saying "well I don't know him". I pointed to her the fact that he was sitting on the dentist chair next to her and his name was on the chart she was holding, she then replied by saying "yeah ok". I found her responses and the lack of a greeting rude!

Completely unprofessional, just wanted to collect the exam fee and send you on your way. Love to have you sign a bunch of waiver papers 1st..lol Dont even bother going there, not fully trained or qualified staff!

The service was good nothing extraordinary. The spam junk mail persisting on getting a rating is terrible click bait. It gives false pretense on a follow up appointment remider EVERYDAY.
I will give a low rating just for that.... get more creative on getting a good rating. For those reading, don't give your actual email.
You will be bombarded with these false emails. Those at Sunny Smiles, stop abusing email privileges

Great dentist! All the staff are very friendly and professional. I was especially happy to see that the entire staff truly care about my teeth and not just trying to take my money with procedures I don't need like other dentists. They are patient and understanding. Definitely recommend this office.

Great experience from the moment I walked in. Very friendly and professional customer service. The staff was very attentive especially the male dental assistant, the dental hygenist and the manager Joe. My benefits were explained very well and the prices were very affordable for my sealers. It's great!!

I have been bringing my 3 girls since Sunny Smiles opened their doors. The service they provide is consistent and always always with the friendliest attitude. I have moved from the Eastside of town, much further from their location, however, will not move my children from Sunny Smiles because of their exceptional service that they provide! I highly recommend Sunny Smiles.

I just wanted to thank the wonderful staff! I had an emergency but I had my 2 littles ones and they didn’t hesitate to help. The doctor was quick and super friendly. I’ve been going there 5 years now, the girls in the front are amazing! Thank you again!!!

My wife and I were treated very well by the staff...from the front desk to: X-ray tech, Dentist, sonic teeth cleaner, and billing manager. Very professional and family oriented. More important my teeth feel clean and comfortable. Thanks!!!
