It was my son‘s first dentist experience, and they made it so easy-going and we’re so great with him. He’s A very talkative child and they worked well with him. They have a playland it was very clean

Super quick and gentle service. The team is amazing and, felt welcome/safe. They have a play area for kids with Xbox and other stuff. The play area also has a huge climbing/slide. Tvs with Netflix above the chairs as well. Great prices as well.

It was my first visit there. The appearance of the lobby was very tidy and clean. Bathrooms were also very pristine. The COVID processes were being implemented with great detail. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Every explanation for every condition was explained by the doctors and technicians which was very consistent in their treatment of the conditions. They took their time to explain in great detail what needed to be done and when. I would highly recommend Sunny Smiles to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Sunny Smiles.

Dr. Lee was very professional and went over everything with me in detail and went over the entire process with me. Her assistant Stephanie was amazing. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My entire experience was amazing!!

The staff was nice but the only thing I didn’t like is that they told me they would call me back 3-4 weeks until my insurance would verify if the treatment was going to be covered (not sure why it takes so long). I did let them know I didn’t mind paying cash because I really wanted the work done because I had a really bad toothache. I ended up going to another dentist today and was helped and will continue to go that office.

The dentist was not very patient with my daughter. My daughter had anxiety about the procedure and the dentist was impatient and seemed frustrated when my daughter became anxious. The way she spoke to my daughter was not forthcoming of pediatric dentist. My daughter is 7. I was not even greeted by the dentist when she entered the room and she didn’t bother to give me any information or ask any questions before she began. Fortunately, I knew what my daughter’s procedure was going to be. The dentist lacked the interpersonal skills, kindness, patience and empathy to make my daughter, as well as myself, feel comfortable. I will request another dentist for her when we return. We’ve had much better experiences with other dentists in this office. . Maybe kids aren’t this dentist’s forte. Office staff is always pleasant, though.

Sunny Smiles has amazing dentists. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Each Dentist is thorough and truly listens to your concerns. I feel confident being a patient at Sunny Smiles and will continue to bring myself and my three children here as long as we are stationed in El Paso.
