Prestige Family Dentistry is simply amazing. The front desk staff is organized, efficient and so, so friendly. They make me feel special, greeting me by name, at every visit. The hygienists have gentle, magic hands and are so knowledgeable! And finally, the dentists are so friendly and so good at what they do. I’ve had everything from fillings to teeth whitening, to veneers done and they are always fantastic.I highly recommend!

Our last visit with my 2 daughters was excellent. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Our dentist was very patient with my daughters and made them feel at ease their appointments. The office was equipped with the latest technology, which made the experience more efficient and effective. We found the prices to be fair in the area. Overall, we satisfied with our experience at Prestige Family Dentistry and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family dentist.

Excellent customer care! From walking in I was cheerfully greeted, waited maybe a minute to be called in and then Macy was informative, friendly and efficient! Prestige has the latest technology giving me the best x-ray experience. Dr. Rachel Nguyen is so personable. Got an all clear oral cancer screening and my watchlist is noted with photos for future reference. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve been impressed.

Heart felt thank you to Rachel, Annette, Dr. DiRusso, Devon, Abby, McKenzie, Alyssa, Erin and all the beautiful faces I didn’t meet. Prestige Family Dentistry in Flower Mound lives up to their name. Their technology is top notch (I didn’t realize how far technology has come!) and a plethora of knowledge and wisdom are shared! They supplied even the most simple provisions such as sunglasses so I didn’t have the lights from the ceiling in my eyes (probably used as a protector too during my procedure). A special moment right before the anesthesia- I held my hand out a little and Annette and Dr. D knew I needed to hold her hand and she reached out immediately knowing I needed the support! There is so much more to say but you will have to go to experience everything yourself to feel the gratitude I am feeling. I am 100% satisfied. I am 100% confident that my dental health care is in the most prestigious hands! They are my new Family!

I adore Dr. Rachel and the entire staff at Prestige! I am always greeted with the most welcoming smile and everyone there makes a point to remember you, and whatever good conversation was had the last time the last time you visited. Dr. Rachel especially is so incredibly genuine and wants the best results for you. She never recommends anything just for profit— she seriously encourages confidence in the teeth you were born with and ultimately wants you to simply be satisfied. Even when I moved to a new state, I flew back repeatedly just to be seen by her and the amazing staff there!

I recently relocated to Flower Mound& needed to find a dentist. This dentistry was one of several on my insurance. After doing some research, thought this one fit my needs. Appointment was easy to obtain. When I arrived this morning, I only acted a couple of minutes. They are very modern. The staff explained everything that was being done & wasn't "pushy" about having "extras" done. So far, so good.

Dr.DiRusso was amazing and kind. He took his time to explain the procedure, care, and my concern. No rush!! The staff members were nice and willing to do extra work to find out my insurance questions during the visit. Thank you to Rachel.

From the very first day when I walked in to get a second opinion from Dr. Nguyen, it’s been absolutely amazing! The care, kindness and professionalism I have received from Dr. Nguyen and all his staff has been beyond reproach. From the minute you walk in you’re greeted with smiles and by name. I honestly don’t know how they remember everyone but they make you feel welcomed like family. My Hygienist Kaylie was always so gentle and sweet, always making sure I was 100% comfortable. I knew I was in need of extensive work on my teeth and it was going to be somewhat of a painful process. I dreaded going to the dentist because of the amount of pain and sensitivity I had but Dr. Nguyen always was quick to take care of me when there was any discomfort and was so gentle. After getting through most of the hard parts and being on the other side with a new smile, I am so grateful to Dr. Nguyen and his staff. This whole practice is outstanding! I’ve now switched my husband and kids to this office. I highly recommend, if you’re looking for a new dentist.

I had a gnarly experience at Prestige Family Dentistry today. Annette is a stellar hygienist, one of the best in the game, if you haven't been in OP-1 with her go check her out, she won't disappoint! Dr. Rachel is an amazing provider who gives you mass on what's going on and really connects with the patient. I'd recommend prestige to any and everyone for their dental needs :)

Everyone was great, they all make you feel extremely comfortable the second you walk in. Krystal and Dr. Rachel were absolutely amazing and took great care of me. They make going to the dentist fun and took all my anxiety away. I will never need to look for another dentist again. Also thank you to Devon and Jean, you both made it so easy!
