Amazing friendly staff from intake to finish. Dr. Rachel is so, so nice. While I am not looking forward to having a root canal and crown for a broken tooth, I feel confident that this is the best and least expensive approach she recommended, and feel that she will do a great job, Oh, by the way, their new state-of-the-art offices and equipment are first class. The entire staff and operation are truly worthy of 5 stars!

I am totally impressed with the professional welcome home atmosphere from the entire staff. From the time you walk through the door until the time you leave you are treated like your part of their family from the entire staff even with all the COVID-19 precautions they have to take to ensure you & the staff are safe. I am having major dental work done & I am completely satisfied with everything that is being done. Dr. Nguyen does excellent work, he makes sure your comfortable & explains everything he is going to do.

New to DFW area and was able to get in very quickly and they were very comprehensive during the exam and the cleaning by Annette was done quickly and more importantly without any pain or discomfort. Highly recommended them and couldn’t be happier with the service.

It looks like my previous review was taken down and I am reposting a summary and update as a warning as my family are still traumatized from our experience with Dr. Nguyen and his staff. In spring of 2020 right before Covid, I had treatment for a deep cavity and crown. The treatment permanently damaged my nerve and I could not taste anything on one side for 1 year and still have decreased taste on the damaged side. When I followed up with him shortly after, he became increasingly upset and belligerent and left my daughter with shots in her mouth untreated. Then he asked that we leave his office because he was too busy and that he was not comfortable treating me (my crown was not put in place) or my teenage daughter even though she was waiting crying with shots in her mouth. I said that was not fair to her. He called the police and had us removed. I have never met such an unprofessional dentist in my life. Please be careful and look at the one star reviews here.

Where do I start.. I use to HATE going to the dentist and now it’s a breeze! When you walk in the door to Prestige Family Dentistry you immediately feel at ease and comfortable. The front desk ladies are so nice and helpful and Dr Rachel & Dr Bryant are beyond amazing at what they do. They both make sure you are comfortable and really take pride in their work! The dental assistants are all very experienced and do a great job as well. I’m now happy to go to the dentist!

It was such a great experience! I was really nervous about my cleaning because I had been going to another dentist for many years and did not know what to expect. Annette took such good care of me and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She explained everything she was doing very well and gave me tips on how to improve my dental health at home other than just the usual “you should floss more”.
