New biller is unethical and allowing the dentist to go back on his word he gives his patients. Don't go here unless you want to get in an argument with a ghetto loud mouth biller who likes to threaten you with collections but never actually sends statements and ADDS more charges to your bill! We will be filing complaints with the BBB, the Texas State Dental Board and the American Dental Association.
