My dentist retired so I went to Dr. Rollins for a cleaning who told me I needed a filling redone. I hadn’t had one in years and didn’t have any issues. The filling was super painful. I had to get it filed due to my bite being off and had to wait a week in pain while she was on vacation. I told her I still had throbbing and she thought I was fine since the pain wasn’t waking me up at night. Two months later I call about the same pain and I am charged for my follow up visit. I needed a root canal and a crown. I always had to wait a long time at appointments and never an apology. I wish I would have gotten a second opinion on that filling. Later I realized it seemed she was selling services like sealant and other things my dentist never discussed. Do not recommend.

Great follow up. The whole staff seemed very caring and concerned about me after my procedure. Never has a dentisit followed up with me two days in a row not even once. Mockingbird staff went above and beyond to let me know they cared. Whole staff is very pleasant. Highly recommend them for your oral care.

This little place just before Bass Pro is the best. Everyone there is friendly and gives great service. They staff call before to confirm benefits and remind you of the appointment. Dr.Bella is great. I am usually fearful because it always hurts just a little. My cleaning and exam were totally painless and thorough.

I’ve been with Melissa for many years. Once Dr.Trees closed his practice, she transferred her. My first visit was very warm and inviting. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and very helpful.
As always, my visit with Melissa was A+++.

This is an amazing dental office!! From the front of the office to the Dr. Everyone was so welcoming. The dental hygienist was so gentle and explained everything. I highly recommend this dental office. EXCELLENT!!!!

Melissa Lambert is the best dental hygienist and always makes me feel at ease when getting my teeth cleaned! She incredibly thorough but gentle. The staff and doctors are very friendly and welcoming. My family will be back for all our dental needs.

Not professional, not kind, not considerate. Worst dental practice I've ever been to in life. They didn't help me at all and had no concern for my well being. Dr Mckinney was nice but the rest of the staff was very rude and did not value our time or money. We felt very taken advantage of leaving the office and during this rough time (COVID-19) you want to go to a place that is considerate of financial problems before overcharging people.

Great experience! I hate having to go to the dentist and understand it is necessary. I have had bad dental experiences in the least. However this is a great office. Beautiful inside very modern. Dr. Rollins very nice and very thorough and I didn’t feel rushed. Not overly expensive like my last dentist and on my insurance.

The waiting room is warm and inviting, and never crowded. The office gets me processed for my appointment, and back to a room quickly. The doctor is always on time; at most I have had to wait 5 minutes in the room before work begins.
