Ruthann was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very professional and was willing to take the extra time I had with the questions that I asked. I was shown actual x-ray pictures and before an after pictures of people who have gone through the CPAP device process. As well as the models of the mouth, to show the jaw structure and the benefits of the appliances available I was able to have my phone consult very quickly and conveniently by zoom, and I will have the next part of the process done next week. I am anxious to see how it turns out.

Dr. Bounds was awesome! I have high anxiety and he made me so calm. When he gave me the shot he did it so well that i did not feel it. He talked with me through the whole procedure and was very patient with me.
