Don't know if it's because today is MONDAY or what but I've been trying to reach this office by phone and the reception "Katy" or whatever she said before quickly hanging up in my face (twice) is very rude and needs to learn to love her job or give it to someone who does. It's not the customer's fault you don't want to be at work.

My experience w/ them was nothing short of nightmarish, financially speaking. My insurance company referred me to them. My preferred dentist of 15+ yrs.is not in-network, so I figured I'd make use of my insurance, rather than pay out of pocket. I received my initial consultation & x-rays. Dr. Escobar exemplified professionalism & was very gentle, addressing my concerns as an extreme dental-phobe. I asked twice, before leaving, if any co-pay was owed. I was assured nothing was due & scheduled my cleaning for a month later. I arrived for my cleaning & met Carin, the hygienist. She was very polite, professional & was great @ addressing my fears. I was given a numbing mouthwash and then the "business" lady comes in. She informs me my cleaning that day is $ 308! Not able to answer, she sees my reaction & offers a payment plan. HA! I'm not paying $ 308 for a cleaning, covered by my insurance, and I'm sure not going into debt w/ a payment plan for it! I finally spit out mouthwash & ask why I was not informed of this exhorbitant expense in the month between my consultation & my cleaning. She didn't have an answer & blamed Yolanda, my "treatment advisor". Blame shmame! If a patient is expected to pay out of pocked for ANY services, they should be informed BEFORE their appointment, not AT the appointment!!! Needless to say, I had to cancel the cleaning. I felt bad for taking the hygienist's time,but that's their business office's problem. After all this, the bill me, in error, $ 200 for the initial consultation. Sigh. I cannot do business w/ people like this. Sad that their dental staff appears to be top-notch, but their business office ruins it for patients. I will be going back to my out-of-network dentist & paying out of pocket, rather than dealing w/ a negligent business office. My teeth are important to me, but so is my money! Beware when dealing w/ this office-make sure they explain EVERYTHING up front, as it appears they're more interested in making $ outside of your insurance coverage, than they are making sure your teeth are taken care of.

Dr. Brueggen gave me not only my smile back but my confidence as well!! I had my top teeth pulled and the all on four placed.. I did not experience any pain after the surgery.
Every staff member from the front desk ,the assistant to dr.brueggan himself , are very helpful and kind. I recommend Dr.Brueggen and his staff to anyone who needs dental work done ❤️❤️

My visit was a little different this time. Understandably ,The staff is taking complete safety precautions, I felt safe and relaxed knowing I was in good hands. I always have been ,since day one a few years ago .

Before getting implants, I did a lot of research to ensure I would receive the highest degree of knowledge, professionalism and needless to say, beautiful and functional implants. After two days of research, Dr. BRUEGGEN was still the #1 dentist. So I called to discuss the entire process and that same day I made an appointment for a consult. Now keep in mind, I live in Louisiana and Dr. BRUEGGEN is in Texas. From day 1 (consult), I KNEW he was going to be my dentist! Never have I experienced such knowledge and professionalism, not only from Dr. BRUEGGEN, but from his entire staff. So, if you are looking for a fantastic dentist, I highly recommend Dr, Wayne Brueggen!
