Very disorganized, had an appointment for my child, two days prior the appointment I received a text message to confirm the appointment, I call the number and confirmed the appointment, when we go there , the receptionist with rude vice said we didn't confirm the appointment, and very unprofessionally argued to justify her side of the argument. They don't communicate among each other and when things go wrong they blame it on the client

Our daughter had to have dental surgery at Dental Clinics of Texas which required anesthesia. The staff went over everything in a timely manner and was courteous. The surgery was performed and she was back to normal within a couple of hours. The Doctor and staff checked up on us after the surgery was performed to make sure our daughter was okay.

I was recommended to Dr yunus langha by my daughters General dentist.
I was told Dr. Yunus specialized in special needs children and can help me more with my daughter than her dentist can.
The first lady that help me and took pictures was very nice and understanding and knowledge oboe on my daughter‘s issues.
The second lady was nice but would make comments as like my daughter looked malnourished and asked if her doctor thought so and I replied yes she is small but because of her being special-needs her doctor does not have a concern with her weight. Dr. Eunice then came and he was nice to me but then as he started talking to me he started becoming very rude. He was not understanding of my daughter‘s special needs. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to get my daughter off of a bottle and I told him that my daughter has sensory issues and there is nothing I can do or her therapist to get her off of a baby bottle with her sensory issues she cannot put objects in her mouth that is why she is fed puréed baby food and she is almost the age of 3. Then he proceeded to tell me that my daughters cavities were preventable and I how to get her off the bottle hold her down and brush her teeth. I proceeded to explain again that sensory issues aren’t easy that she will not put any object in her mouth because she will throw up due to her issues. Then he proceeded to be rude and tell me that I cannot blame her cavities on her genetics or special needs that this is something I have to do. I told him there was nothing I can do when she is born with only half a brain working she does not learn like we do she does not understand like we do that she doesn’t even walk then he made a look at me and said your daughter is standing and I said yes she does stand holding onto things but she does not walk and then after that comment I told him I am going to leave because you’re being very rude in the way you’re talking to me and you’re not understanding a special needs child. He told me to go then. He was very inconsiderate of my daughters special needs. And the comment about questioning her ability to walk was uncalled for. I have proceeded my claim to the texas state bored of dental examiners.

The staff were all so friendly and so good to my son. My son needed alot of work done and Dr. Sanders was kind, informative, and compassionate. On the day of his surgery, my car broke down on the way there, and they set up an uber for us to get there and get home! His surgery went well, and they have called twice to check in with him and see how his recovery is going. I highly recommend them if your child needs any work done, even just a cleaning! Very happy with them!

Dr. Sanders took great care of my little one while getting crowns, explained all procedures and gave us advise on how to help my little one's teeth stay strong. Highly recommend this place, they're all really nice and patient with my not so calm 2yr. old. Great place!!
