Both the dentist and the assistant were amazing! Dr. Patterson was great and explaining a treatment plan that worked for me and my budget. He was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable during treatment. The assistant, Analicia was very sweet and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. She also made sure that I was feeling okay before, during, and after. She definitely helped ease my nervousness about being at the dentist! I would recommend Town Lake Dentistry in the future!

Every visit is so amazing. Everyone is so sweet and they always make it a goal to ask questions concerning any changes in my oral health. If any. All staff members make it a priority that I feel right at home. While verbally expressing my dental health, and are thorough. Town Lake dentistry as a whole are absolutely wonderful.

This office has an incredible staff. They care about the lives and well being of their patients. I was having dental work done in the final months of my brother's life and they came alongside me like a friend. Very clean comfortable office. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

So, I broke my crown late the other night. I called Towne Lake Dentistry the next morning and they got me in right away. Dr Patterson and his assistant Analicia did an amazing job. Dr Patterson actually made my bite perfect again. The crown that broke had been giving me grief for over 10 years(crown done by a different dentist). Dr Patterson was able to lower the old crown insides to correct my bite again. I just want to say how happy I am to have a normal bite again. I highly recommend Towne Lake Dentistry. They have my loyalty for life. Thank you!!!

My first experience was great!! Excellent costumer service and clean facility. Ms. IeLene did a wonderful job on cleaning my teeth. Dr Hatcher took her time on explaining the current situation of my teeth and routine check up. Thanks, can't wait until my next visit.

Very informative, professional and detailed. The routine cleaning and hygienist was excellent in comfort of the application and overall cleaning. The Dr. was totally top tier in information and education of future endeavors. I enjoyed the experience!?!

This is my first visit. I had to make a change because of insurance. Setting an appointment and checking were a breeze. Jessica was awesome at cleaning my teeth. My husband originally came here because of an emergency. Dr Patterson was unable to take care of the issue but he told us exactly the steps to take and where to go.

Everyone at this office is so sweet and friendly. They take their time with you and really care. Dr. Lynsey Hackler is amazing! Can't recommend them enough.

I went for a semi annual cleaning and after having my insurance accepted for at least 3 prior appointments I was told they no longer accept my Medicare policy as 'they don't pay.' I had scheduled this appointment 6 months in advance. I think it was rude and insulting for the office manager, and the managing Dentitst to wait until I arrived for my appointment to tell me this. I have had no problems with my insurance handling claims prior to this bizzare announcement by the business manager. She has disparaged medicare coverage before by telling me I had to pay in advance and during this discussion the hygenist entered the claim and announced it was approved. I believe the practice manager does not like medicare or the people who are covered by those benefits. I believe she was disrespectful and ageist.
