Going to the dentist is generally not on the top of anyone's list. The Dr's at Westheimer Dentist are aware of such. They take a moment to discuss the procedure which is to take place to let you know what to expect. Often people forget like any other medical procedure the tools and techniques are constantly upgraded. My children & I have been patients at Westheimer Dentist for 15 years. They have always honored my varying insurance coverage over the years while always allowing me to make all the final devisions regarding our dental care. The work I have had done over the years (root canal, crowns, cavity filled, deep cleaning) has always been professional, of lasting quality & done within my financial means. Dr. Pham is genuinely concerned not only about my dental work, but the overall dentist office experience. I keep coming back.

When I first started going to Dr. Pham 10 years ago, it was because she was right next door to where I lived. I continued going to her after I moved because there is no other dentist that is as caring and gentle then she is. I moved to Katy, Tx and continued to see her. When I changed jobs and she was not on the list of dentists, I didn't go to the dentist. Her staff is kind and her office is always nice and clean. Her appointments are on time and she is straight forward with you regarding your needed care. She works with you on getting your needs met. I love Dr. Pham and wouldn't change dentist for life. She has saved so many of teeth that I thought would be pulled. She is excellent.

Service is superb at Dr Pham's practice and they are very accommodating. Unfortunately, I tend to gag when certain consistencies are in my mouth and when they sit towards the back of my throat. That happened when I needed a gum shield measured, but Dr Pham came and showed me how to lean forward so the gagging wouldn't happen. I also have sensitive teeth and gums and Annie was most particular to avoid hurting me during my appointment. Hygienists sometimes leave my cleaning work incomplete, which I find frustrating, but not on this occasion. Dr Pham was recommended highly to me and I would recommend her highly to other people.

Dr. Pham and her staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr Pham also has appointments to accommodate people with a working schedule. Dr Pham has always done great work whether it be just a routine cleaning and check up, a filling, or even a crown. I've used her for years and would recommend her to anyone.

One of my tooth has crown gave me too painful experience few days before Thanksgiving Day. My ex- dentist was out of office so his sub took care me. He diagnosed that I was a grinder so he started grinding surround teeth trying to fit the bite and did not do anything to my crown. I left the office with the pain still.
Thanks to Dr. Pham who I called the next day. She diagnosed that crown needed a root canal. She was able to fit me into her busy schedule right after the holiday. Now the pain is gone and I am happier than ever.
One more thing, even though the building is under re-modeling, her office is very clean.
