Had tooth that had broken apart and was quite noticeable when touched by other tooth during chewing so I got removed. I needed tooth removed and called office to see if they got opening and got appointment the same day. Service was nice and the procedure was pain free staff was friendly. They explained to me what my options were for tooth extraction and explained each options, they discussed after care and weather they found anything during extraction.

My family and I were with Dr. Brown for a while, and he and the dental hygienists did a good job. However I noticed after each time we had a procedure done, what my insurance said my portion was, is not what we paid in office. I spoke with my insurance, and they assured me it should absolutely match. I had never had this issue before, and haven't had it happen since we left. When I questioned Dr. Brown's finance dept, she said that even if my insurance pays out more than what was estimated, they still keep that extra, and don't refund or credit me. So in that case, they don't actually honor insurance, and we were definitely in-network. So they're making money off of customers by overcharging them, and filing with insurance. I wasn't okay with it, and told them we'd be finding a new dentist, and then the lady hung up on me. I've been with a new dentist for over a year now, and they have never overcharged me, and my claims always match what I paid in office. That's how it should be.
