Where to start so many GOOD things to say about this business! To start off Staff is always greeting you with a smile and are hands on ready to help and answer any questions you have. As for the Dentists Thank you for being dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate Dentist that Y’all are ! They Always go above and beyond!

I am very content with the treatment and care I have received from this office. From the doctors, to the assistants and even the lovely ladies at the front office! Everyone is very nice and make sure you feel comfortable through every procedure. I have had a root canal and fillings done and have no complaints whatsoever. I just started my orthodontic journey with them and am super excited for the end results. I highly recommend this place! :)

5/5! My appointments are so smooth and efficient that I look forward to making them regularly. Every process is explained thoroughly and Dr. Doan takes the time to reassure any concerns or dental scares you may have 😊 It’s nice knowing him and his dental team have my best interests in mind and will give me sound advice always. I leave feeling taken care of and secure in my dental choice!!!!! The front desk staff/assistants are also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, very welcoming atmosphere. Hello Everyone,
I am writing to complain and to share the story I received from Dr. Nguyen and his staff members. I took my father, who is 96 years old with multiple medical conditions, to them to have a denture made. My father has various medical conditions. Recently, his condition has worsened due to his high blood pressure, stroke, and diabetes. It wasn’t easy for him to travel. We went to Dr. Nguyen office numerous times for them to create a model and fitting. When the denture is polished and ready to be picked up, they want to see my dad again. We told them that my dad could not travel and that we were willing to take the denture as is. They won’t release and give us the denture.
In my opinion, I don’t think Dr. Nguyen and his staff care or have sympathy for disabled patients. They already collect thousands of dollars from the state/Medicaid.
If you have a disability or are a disabled patient, you may want to go elsewhere for denture services. I do not commend Dr. Nguyen to anyone. He does not deserve our support as consumers because he and his staff only care about making money.

From the first time I called to schedule an appointment, the staff was wonderful--especially Laura. My hubby and I are senior citizens and they showed us much respect--worthy of elders. That is a lost courtesy. Laura was very patient with us in explaining our Medicare-advantage benefits and helping us plan needed procedures so that we could have the least-out-of-pocket. I feel blessed that God led us to Story Dental. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
