Dr Alamo/Dr Gonzalez and all their staff are great. Recently we switched to their dental office an i don't regret it. Today I had wisdom tooth surgery done by Dr Alamo. I was very nervous but everything went well and I did not experience a lot of pain. I was very nervous but the dental assistant and dentist were very patient with me.

The staff here are nice and polite. The dentists are professional and caring. Very efficient, you are in and out in less than an hour. They don’t make you wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room.

Dr. Gonzalez is the best! I was incredibly nervous and usually dread going to the dentist. However, Dr. Gonzalez made me feel comfortable and calm the entire time. I am very grateful for his patience and gentleness as well. I would highly recommend Neo Dentistry to everyone! It's a perfect, convenient location too, even for Austin residents.

I, like many other, have a certain paranoia and anxiety associated with sitting in the “chair”. We all have our own reasons I’m sure as to why. Whatever the case, it all leads to one ultimate consequence; not coming into the dentist enough and developing whatever unwanted oral predicament you may have or had. For me, these people helped quiet some of this angst. From their inviting, friendly manner, to the amazing scheduling required to even get me my appointment. I may have only been to 4-5 dentists in my lifetime, but I can say without a doubt, this is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Their level of education, experience, and confidence make sitting in that chair so much easier than I can ever remember. The kindness, however, was the most memorable part for myself personally. If these people, including Dr. Alamo himself, who treated me,are faking their sincerity, then they are best group of actors I have ever seen. You do not teach or train kindness people. And this establishment is full of it. I will not take myself or my family memebers to another dentist again. Thank you all for your hard work and restoring my faith and desire to return to that infamous chair.

I had a bad experience in the past with Castle Dental. When I explained this to the staff they were amazing in making sure I was taken care of. Randy is the best! She told me everything she was doing every step of the way. She made sure I was ok. Best place ever!
