I’ve been with the same dentist for 20 years but decided to try Neo since they’re closer to my home. I went in for a cleaning and Amber performed the cleaning. The cleaning seemed rushed and felt like she was just poking my gums for an hour. Instead of hearing “How does that feel?” Or “Is that okay?” like I usually do at my other dentist, she just kept on saying “Sorry.” I came out of there so sore and I know I’m going to feel it tomorrow. I will not be returning.

Our whole family has appreciated Neo Dentistry for years. Our dentist, Dr Alamo, and the entire staff are excellent. Dr Alamo is pleasant, personable and on top of the latest dental advancements. The staff has always been very nice, personable and pleasant to work with. They are on top of all of your insurance intricacies as well. The office is comfortable and modern. After returning to the dentist since COVID-19, I was very reassured by their meticulous sanitation procedures.

Most of my visits are with the hygienist Randi and she is the best! She always takes her time to listen to my concerns, offer any & all recommendations necessary, has a gentle technique, and just knows how to make it a comfortable & satisfying experience. Best experience at the dentist ever! The office is so clean and they have the latest technology. Randi was my hygienist and she was so polite, attentive, and did the best job at cleaning my teeth. She was so thorough and explained to me everything regarding my care. Dr Alamo was also so nice! I really had a great experience. I’m definitely going back! Highly recommended!
