From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are cared for so well! The whole staff was so sweet.
My wife and I just moved to Little Elm and we were looking for a dentist so was my first visit. I saw Dr. Yates and he was patient to listen to my dental history and concerns I had and provided personal and sweet care. Barb was very sweet to talk to and she treats you like a friend coming into her own home. My Hygienist was Kourtney and she did an excellent job! And finally I worked with Rachel in the office and she was very easy and quick to work with for the insurance and payment. Overall loved my experience and look forward to my next visit!

I'm new to the area and needed a dentist to remove my permanent retainer. Dr. Yates' website was very easy to use and booked an appointment. He, and Barb, was very helpful in removing it and letting me know to come back in if I feel any teeth movement. Well I did and they immediately ordered a retainer. They also helped in switching my brushing style to a long term, healthier, solution.
Dr. Yates and his team (especially Barb!) are simply the best around.

It was my first trip to the dentist in more years than I care to admit, and my first visit to Little Elm Dentistry. I was worried I would get or feel shamed not having been to the dentist in a while. But none of that was the case and as a matter of fact I felt more welcomed than anything else. Everyone was polite and kind and kept making sure I was comfortable during every part of my visit. Dr. Debebe was great, along with the staff I encountered. Thank you for making me feel welcomed as a new patient!

I had the BEST experience at Little Elm Dentistry! Not only was the whole staff so nice and trustworthy, they listened to all of my previous issues and helped me make a payment plan that worked for me. Dr. Addams and Deauna made me feel so comfortable while I was having serious dental work done. I HIGHLY suggest checking this Dentist out before going anywhere else! Would not recommend at all. This place is a waste of time. They bill your insurance for anything and everything possible. $1,100 for a new patient exam. They told me I had to have a deep cleaning which would be $300 out of pocket, almost $800 total so my insurance was covering $500 of it. I declined and just asked for the routine cleaning covered fully by insurance and they told me they would not do it. So I left and got a 2nd opinion from a family friend dentist who unfortunately isn't in network. As suspected, they're full of it.
I guess if you don't mind being over charged and billed for everything (oh, and I did initially challenge the deep cleaning costs as my insurance covered portions and they removed over $300 in charges, about $85 out of pocket but that was a red flag too) then this may be the place for you as staff was friendly. Was definitely a waste of an hour and a half of time.
