Omg I clean 2 times a year never miss cleaning floss everyday brush twice a day I had a filling that came off and this Chinese dr told me he had to put crown right away the same day it came off he said the other dr did a horrible job and he forced me to do the filling which I denied and moved to the other dr. I can understand Covid have put down business but forgot sake we are human stop ripping off and stop making extra money never going back and they lost the business

Love this place! I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other dentists as a child and developed anxiety over going. Dr.Dahl and all of the staff are so nice and really make you feel like you’re taken care of. They help make every appointment a relaxing and positive experience. Now I love going to the dentist and it’s actually made me want to take better care of my smile! Would highly recommend to anyone who has anxiety about dentist appointments.

Hands down had the best experience ever going here! Angie and Lauren are the best and Dr Dahl’s work is amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my visit. I was laughing so much their humor and attitudes are great!! I put off my dental work for too long. Can’t say enough good things about little elm dentistry and orthodontics! Thanks for taking such great care of me I appreciate it!

Billing department ask for your co-pay up front which is good. (Paid on Credit card ) They submit the remaining balance to our insurance company (which mine paid 100 percent). Zero Balance owed after procedure was completed... 3 months later they turn a bill over to collections that never existed... (bill was issued wrong)No contact or mail to us at all just a collection letter from a company) Have been trying to deal with issue for 3 months directly to little elm dentistry , We have all of the documents in place that we owe $0.)) and yet they still say we owe money F@&$ them..... We do not owe a dime to little elm.... RIP OFF artists. My Attorney can deal with them NOW.... Horrible and unprofessional accounting department a 2 year old would do a better job

First time visit was amazing. Speaking with Dr. Dahl was extremely informative and he was exceptionally nice. The office is very nice and very clean as well. I'm pretty harsh on first impressions and l can say the entire staff was on point. From initial phone conversation with Rebekkah to the financial advisor Emily, l couldn't have asked for a better experience besides maybe being offered a mimosa! 😉 ...anyway, do recommend

My experience at Little Elm Dentistry has been great. I have lived in Texas for 3 years now and this is the first dentist office I have been to that I truly enjoy. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and personable. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

This is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff is very nice, welcoming and go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Very modern with state of the art equipment as well. I also love that they take the time to explain everything! Highly recommend!!!

Would recommend this place to literally anyone!! Was experiencing a lot of pain, so they got me in quickly for a root canal. Dr. Yates and Barb were both extremely kind and gentle and kept me from being nervous. 10/10 awesome

Stayed after hours to help out when my husband had a dental emergency. Went above and beyond-excellent customer service and Dr. Yates and Dr. Yoo were fantastic! Excellent bedside manner!! Fantastic office staff that was friendly and extremely helpful!!
