I really love these people. I have had a ridiculous amount of dental work over the last 20 years. I have gone to see Dr. Chris for the last four. I can't tell you enough how wonderful Dr. Chris Gerwig and his staff are. You are genuinely treated like a person, not a transaction on a credit card. From telephone conversations to being seen in person these people are amazing. I get very nervous just because it's the dentist, but for all the dentists I've seen in Lubbock (and it has been many) Gerwig Family Dental is my favorite. I had what I thought was a tooth problem over the holidays. I left a message on facebook and Dr. Chris called me at home. I knew he would because he is wonderful, but be real, you just don't get service like that anywhere. Go see these people. They will have you smiling a healthy smile in no time. No regrets. Gerwig family dental is by far the greats dental office we have ever been to!!! To start with when I called to make my first appointment with them they were so accommodating and got me an appointment within a day or two. Second when I went in for my appointment I was greeted as soon as I opened the door! Everyone was so extremely friendly. I filled out paperwork and was in the back withing minutes!! The assistant was so sweet and explained everything she was doing, and then Dr Wayson came in as soon as she was done! He has wonderful manners, was kind, and explained everything very well! I loved this office so much I moved my kiddos over to them as well and they went from being terrified to go to the dentist to loving it!! We were told by the dentistree our daughters treatment would cost us $1,100, but here at Gerwig it was less than half of that!!! I'm so happy we finally found an amazing dentist office!! Their front desk staff is truly amazing!! I've never been to an office where every lady at the front had a smile on and was more than happy to help!!! You will not be disappointed!

I want to give a big shout out to Suzy- she has made the first two trips to the dentist for my 4 year old an absolutely amazing experience!!! Thanks to her, he's not afraid of the dentist, and is super proud of his "perfect" teeth. Both my husband and I also go here, and service has always been great--and fast!! From arrival to departure for a simple cleaning is almost always under an hour, and all the staff is super friendly!
