I had not been to the dentist in a couple of years and due to depression I hadn’t been taking great care of my teeth. My hygienist and Kevin were both very sweet and didn’t make me feel ashamed about the state of my teeth at all. It was a refreshing and pleasant experience. Everyone was so sweet and caring. Highly recommend!

The most pleasant experience I’ve had in a dental office. Dr. Shively is great at setting expectations and explaining everything in such a way that got me at ease. Easy going, knowledgeable, personable, respectful of my time. Great staff. Highly recommend.

Going to the dentist is not my favorite place to be, but I have never had a bad experience here. I never have to wait and I am out within an hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids also love coming here .

If you are looking for a new dentist, you just found the place to go to receive excellent customer service and quality of dentistry. Dr. Shively and ALL the staff in the office are very friendly, compassionate, efficient, and have a desire to provide you with the best care as though you were the only one in the office, beginning with greeting you when you arrive and all the way through to the end of your visit.

Before services were rendered, I expressed concerned about changing dentist mid-year into my insurance plan, and Dr. Shively and his staff were very receptive and compassionate about my concerns. They were much more concerned that I received the appropriate services needed as a first-time patient rather than any insurance issues that may prevent that from happening.

Dr. Shively and his staff were very professional and efficient in performing their job responsibilities and they were all passionate and were very conscientious in explaining procedures and answering questions.

Dr. Shively is very professional and his personality is such a delight and upbeat that radiates throughout his office. He is very thorough and ensures that you feel comfortable during all procedures. He is caring, passionate, and tentative to your needs and makes himself available to answering any questions you may have.

My filling follow-up visit was just as great as my first visit was. Dr. Shively's practice is awesome and no one will be disappointed in choosing him as their choice of dentistry.

I went in to have 6 veneers replaced and I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Shively’s office. The office is ran very smoothly and efficiently and Dr. Shively had excellent communication skills and he and his entire staff were very compassionate. So I was very well informed as to what to expect and this made me feel very at ease. I am very thankful to Dr. Shively and his entire staff for their thoughtful concern in regard to my teeth and providing me with excellent care.

I am OVERJOYED with the service, kindness and the overall professionalism from all of the staff at Dr. Shively's office.
After a bad experience elsewhere, it was truly a breath of fresh air to experience the level of care and the respect as a human being that I received there.

I had the best experience at Dr.Shivley’s office. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. My hygienist was so kind and made me feel very safe. Dr. Shivley has such a bright personality and made sure I understood what was going on! I will always recommend!

Dr Shively & his team are fantastic! The entire office staff is super kind, friendly, and make you feel welcome. They never make you feel like you’re an inconvenience or like you’re being rushed out of there. Their office is super clean & comfortable. My favorite part is Dr Shively’s taste in music; it’s not so loud that it drowns out the hygienist when speaking to you. But it’s just loud enough to hear it while you’re getting work done. No one ever enjoys going to the dentist, but Dr Shively & his staff go so much above and beyond that going to the dentist no longer feels like a dreaded task. It’s actually almost enjoyable now. Dr Shively is super personable, kind, and goofy. Tbh, I’d quit my job & go work for him if I could b/c he seems like such a good boss based on how I’ve seen him treat his employees, including the newbie hygienists.

They got me in quick and where real friendly down to earth people. Would definitely recommend to people who are nervous about the dentist. It was the best experience I've had in a dentist office.

On Saturday I was in so much pain. I called 16 dentist and only this office respond.. Dr. Shively left training to assist a stranger. The Good Lord was on my side. Dr. Shively helped me out and Sunday I was good. Ii not only met a fellow Army strong but also
I now have an awesome dentist. Thank you so much Dr. Shively and staff. I also got a real nice pen
