The entire staff is so friendly and empathetic. I had to have a tooth extracted and it was painless. I appreciate the kindness shown by Dr. Shively and the ability to get me inso quickly since I was a new patient.

Best Dentist/Staff in town! Very welcoming and extremely professional. I felt completely at ease while at my dental cleaning appointment. My 6 year old son would also agree!

I chipped a portion of my front tooth yesterday evening. I called Dr. Morgan and he was able to get me in first thing in the morning. He was very friendly, skilled, and professional. He fixed my tooth quickly and had me look at it to make sure that I was 100% happy with the way it looked (which I really appreciated). I felt comfortable at the office and the rest of the team was also very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

Lost my old dentist, Dr. Morgan, and used his successor, Dr. Shively. No complaints about Doc Shively, at all. He knows what he's doing. His replacement of a cracked filling took no time and caused no worries or pain. Very thorough with a great chairside manner.

I went in for teeth cleaning. All staff are extremely pleasant and cordial. They took all my anxiety away with the light atmosphere in the office. The Dentist and Dental Hygenist took their time explaining all procedures and options. Highly recommend for you and your family. I have given all my family his contact information because I know they will be treated well and given world class dental care.

Very friendly and attentive staff! I have only been twice now and have absolutely zero complaints. The previous dentistry I went to regularly was absolutely terrible and shady in terms of their practices and recommendations and I felt like they were abusing my insurance by prescribing things I felt I did not need (confirmed when I would go to my dentist back home during long breaks). Richard D. Morgan DDS is significantly better and I feel great after every cleaning and checkup. I am normally super self-conscious about my teeth but the staff here always makes me feel more confident before I leave through the door and I appreciate them very much. My teeth/gums look/feel so much better!

I went to Dr. Shivelys' office first thing this morning, and had my teeth cleaned, X-rays taken, consultation, etc. Just a run of the mill dental appointment in my calendar. And all I can say now at the end of my work day is I'm still thinking about how excellent that appointment made me feel. First things first, every staff member I've interacted with since I've been coming here has had impeccable smiles. My gosh, I can almost see Christinas' teeth from outside the door, (Which says more than you think, if you know what the door looks like). This tells me they take pride in what they do everyday. From a patients POV, there's no better feeling I could hope for after waking up for my dental appointment at 6am...the sooner I feel good about how my day is gonna go, the better. & trust me they waste no time making you feel welcome.
It took all of two minutes to get to the back, (wow), get seated, and have Dania start my X-rays. She was also my hygienist today so that also made things convenient. I spent the majority of my time with her today, and as always another member of Dr, Shivelys staff shined brightly into my mouth and performed impeccably. She even told me she was new, and had she not said that, I wouldn't have noticed. She was very informative, very personable, and maybe...just maybe, passionate about her line of work.
I joke, but the truth is that's not an attitude I can expect to be expressed or shared amongst most medical professionals...or anyone I know for that matter. So thank you Dania, It made my day.
Next up, the man himself walks in, does his thing with my teeth and goes over treatment with me. Right to the point. Fully honest and specific to me. I mean it's hard to put any other way than by saying he gives me exactly what I want from a dental practitioner. A true professional who exceeds my expectations. Thank you as well sir. You have made life easier.
Hopefully this man never leaves his practice, because he's good, he's quick, and has an excellent staff with flawless smiles. I love that!!

To be honest, if I move to Alaska for some crazy reason, I'm still coming back here. Even if it's just for my 8am check up.

I can not say enough good things about this office! They get you in at your appointment time and everyone is super friendly and helpful. They explain every aspect of your care before they begin and make sure you know what to expect. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Shively a few months ago! He is so awesome! First off, he’s funny! And when your dentist is funny, it eases your mind and you’re not as anxious. 😉
Secondly, I had a tooth that had been causing sensitivity for atleast 6 months, and I kept putting off getting it checked on, because I was afraid I’d need it extracted.

Dr. Shively did several tests to find exactly what was going on and to pinpoint the exact tooth.

He and his amazing staff had me scheduled soon for removing and replacing an old amalgam filling and fixing a crack in my tooth.

I’ve been great every since! No pain, no sensitivity !

He also carried on a great but funny conversation related to 90’s hip hop and R&B- DOUBLE points for any 80’s folks!

I am sooo glad to have found Dr. Shively and his team!

Dr. Morgan and his staff have been very professional and friendly. For someone who has always dreaded going to the dentist, they have made my visits very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Morgan to anyone.
