These Dr.s dont know how to do anything! Don't waste your time and money like i did having to go to another dentist to take care of what they "charged" for. Cuz they didnt do anything else other than take my money! Worthless place nowadays.

Didn't get the note at time of service. So I called to get drs. Note. They wrote wrong date on there and scribbled at bottom that i could return back Tuesday which was not approved by my management, so after calling back multiple times i got different attitudes and kendra was especially rude! Making it clear this isnt a priority even tho its my job on the line, she could care less as "they dont even really do that". Oh okay, ill be sure to go somewhere more professional and somewhere that actually care about a patient, not just getting them in and out of the office. Kendra is a joke to that office. Unprofessional to say the least!!!
Update- I Called to get rx refilled and they apologised. And I appreciate the fact they were concerned wether genuine or not. I believe veronica or something with a v made that apology, and ill take it! After all, it's not a big deal once its resolved, which is the reason for the original complaint. This was simple, turned complicated by the lack of attention to small things that can snowball into much larger issues. Just went back and man TRASH.

I’m almost always able to get a cleaning appointment scheduled within a week or two of calling, and the scheduling staff are always really nice. The dentists are always fine - I haven’t had any major procedures done here to make my visits with any of them more than five minutes, so I can’t give a review one way or another on them. But I LOVE the cleanings here! They always have two people working on you at once and it only takes like 20 minutes for the actual cleaning! Fastest place I’ve ever been to. Plus after a certain amount of visits they give you a free fluoride treatment for being a loyal customer, which is a nice perk, as I have never seen an insurance company that will cover those.

Lakeridge Dental is the Chick-fil-A of modern dentistry. Their attention to detail and speedy service is impeccable. The dentists carefully consider treatment options and treat patients with respect.

One of the best dentists in town. Have been going here for years and they have helped with braces, retainers, and crowns. I highly recommend them for excellent service, friendly staff, and overall professionalism. They have always shown me such generosity and kindness. They have set a very high standard for dentistry and service from their staff and dentists.

I have been highly satisfied with the care I received from Dr Hiner. During my procedures Dr Hiner would check with me , see if I was ok and let me know about how much longer it would be. My dental assistant Elizabeth was sweet. Dr Hiner thanked me for coming to see him.

So the staff is friendly and it's very clean but the scheduling is very bad.
Being one of the first people here at 8 am to replace a filling and having to wait 2 hrs is ridiculous.
This place is just as bad a Familia dental when it comes to waiting time

After about 15 years, I went back to Lakeridge Dental. The staff was friendly. The dental assistant who helped Dr.Hiner was patient and knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions and she answered them all. She made me feel comfortable. Dr. Hiner was also nice and friendly.

New Pt here.. When I walked In I never told them who I was and that I was there for an appt.. I wasn’t greeted by the staff at the desk.. I was just asked if I was “my name”. I was taken back and assumed I was there for what I made the appt for and bottom line I was never told on phone that I was there for a consultation first then they would make a plan..The dentist I saw.. Dr Lawson came In and greeted me nicely and gave me the bottom line.. I thanked him and told him I’d think about everything. In the mean time of getting the quotes on basically wanting to do ALOT of crowns.. I asked if I could just get the filling done that i originally made the appt for. So they scheduled me for a few days later late in the afternoon.. same dr.. I came before my appt time.. again wasn’t greeted.. but told i owed a fee that had to be paid up front. I paid , waited and FINALLY got called back and when Dr Lawson came in he never greeted me.. but went straight to saying.. “ok we are going to get that filling done”. I had some questions and he was just being short with me.. so He laid me back and I was a little aggravated so I asked nicely to please be a little nicer due to the staff not having the best attitudes. It had been a long, stressful day for me but I wanted to get taken care of. Dr Lawson claimed I was In a bad mood and he was refusing to do my dental work.. I told him I had already paid and he said “we can refund you” he proceeded to numb my mouth while that’s never a pleasant experience, my hand hit his arm as an instant reaction and he claimed I was trying to hit him. He again kept refusing to do my dental work cause he claimed I was upset.. he’s the one that upset me to begin with.. and I said to please do it and let’s just get it done. After talking to the amazing pt tech, Emily, she also agreed his tone was not good at all and was totally on my side. As I laid there and thought about it and talked to her I decided to just leave and get refunded. He apologized for his attitude but it’s never ok to be mistreated by a dr in any type of field. I let him know his tech also agreed he wasn’t pleasant at all.. I also told him he was mad I wasn’t doing the original dental work HE wanted to get done and he claimed that wasn’t the case when it totally was.. so.. in other words.. I left.. will be getting a refund and won’t use this practice.. pt care should be number one no matter what.. If that pt had questions, concerns, etc that dr should address that and make that pt feel they are important and their health is number one. Well.. not in this case.. Sorry bit not sorry.. got my refund and won’t be back!!!

Moving from San Antonio, having your same Dentist for years. It is always a nervous change and do not know what to expect. However, starting from the receptionist, dental hygienist, dental assistant and Dr Hines was probably the best utmost relaxing, unbelievable experience. The staff was customer oriented and explained every procedure that was being done. They even walk you to the final billing counter. I was very impressed, and would definitely refer!
