Had our first cleaning six months ago. Had X-rays sent ahead of time from local dentist. They took complete new set. And because we had periodontal surgery 30 years ago, they said they did a deep cleaning. We were not informed of that up front. We paid bill and began to question this with insurance company. Bright Smiles refunded difference reluctantly. Went in for next cleaning and were sat down for a “talk” before cleaning. We’re told we would have to sign waiver if we wanted just a regular cleaning. Also, told that our insurance might not cover any other periodontal issues if they happened in the future. The “talk” turned into a lecture. Mission accomplished, we left. Feel they are just out for the money.

The staff is so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The staff are so good with kids making the whole going to the dentist experience wonderful, and stress free as a parent. I also had my 1st visit here as a patient not just a parent. The staff is so nice and thoughtful made my visit a nice experience. The Dr. Was so kind and educated in what she was doing. She listened to me and my thoughts on my dental work and we came up with a plan that worked perfectly for me.

Friendly and courteous employees greet you at the front desk and talk with you as they check you in. First is the xrays, painless and quick, then they escort you into the examination room and the dental hygienes cleans your teeth with high pressure, miniature water pick and uses the metal pick to scape the hard calcium deposits off where necessary. After that was completed, the Dentist came in and checked over my teeth and game me the good news, no cavities, no broken teeth, just a few hairline cracks that are very minor and unlikely to be a problem in the future. All personnel were friendly, courteous and never appeared to be in a rush to get through and get you out! Excellent experience. They even offer a good price on temporary teeth coverage that saves you $'s, but pays for the services. Highly recommend Bright Smiles for children through old age!
