Myself and children are new patients here. The hygienist was amazing with both of my children, explained to them everything she was going to do. The dentist was wonderfully understanding and patient, especially with my 3 year old. Kind staff, clean waiting room and patient rooms. Very happy to have found this office, and my 8 year old loved being able to watch TV while getting her teeth cleaned!

Iam so thankful I went to Bright Smiles. Everyone was friendly and honest about the cost. And encouraging about my dental needs and care. I have a referral to a specialist who can provide the care I need. I have Multiple Sclerosis, so going to the dentist is a chance on having an episode!! This time I have not had a full episode! So I’m praying my referral will be as helpful and good as Bright Smiles

The hygienist were very sweet and talkative. Docs were down to earth and easy to talk to. Facility was clean and clutter free. My teeth cleaning went as expected. I was done in 45min from walking in to leaving. They give a goody bag on the way out. They gave me extra tooth brush for my little girl, I’m expecting, so that led to a lot of laughs.

Rebba is the best hygienist I've ever had clean my teeth. I am super nervous at the dentist and she always does a great job and is super gentle! Definitely have her clean your teeth! She'll keep you informed and you'll actually learn something while getting your teeth clean!!

The staff at Bright Smiles are very friendly. My daughter had not been to the dentist in a while and was terrified about getting her teeth checked but Dr.Schneider and Ronnica were very nice and helped calm her nerves through out the whole process. Ronnica even held my daughters hand while the doctor checked her teeth, I am pretty impressed!

I went in to have two wisdom teeth extracted. The digital x-rays took a few seconds and they had the results immediately. They put me in a room where I reclined in a chair and watched some Netflix while waiting on the doctor. The extraction lasted about 15 minutes and was completely pain free. The doctor and all of the staff were very friendly and the cost was not bad at all. I will definitely be going back when I need more work done in the future.

I am a new patient at Bright Smiles...and I am so looking forward to having them take care of my Dental needs. Why? Because I can already tell they are a caring, compassionate operation. Dr. Hendricks is a very knowledgeable, down to earth, and helpful Dentist that eliminates that anxiety I have always felt when the word "dentist" comes up. That's a VERY good feeling to have. Also, the Bright Smiles staff are happy, helpful and fun to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bright Smiles in Marble Falls to anyone. I feel very lucky to have found them! :)

I paid 120 just for an X-ray they didn’t even look in my child’s mouth. Then didn’t offer any discounts for paying out of pocket. Dentist was sweet but didn’t even bother to look in my daughters mouth. Then left and had the lady come in and get the payment. Before she even finished the exam. Then didn’t come back in and finish the exam at least since I paid for it.
I have been trying to get ahold of someone from this office. We have been playing phone tag. This issue has yet to be resolved. No I don’t believe we got proper care. I believe I was practically robbed of 120 dollars. I get it we are all having a hard time with covid. But to rob a family of 5 that lost their jobs due to covid is sick.
