Very friendly and professional service. Front desk staff is knowledgeable. Hygienist is great and explains all the answers to your questions thoroughly. Dr. Champion is exactly that, a champion of a dentist. First time patient since switching insurances and definitely satisfied with the selection I made. Will be coming back for future appointments and recommending to friends and fam as well.

I have been going to this dentist for a few years now and it has been a great experience. I never stay in the lobby for no more than 5 minutes. I'm seen very promptly. I just found out that Dr. Garcia has left but meet dr. Champion today and had a good experience. The staff is wonderful being warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Also this is not a very busy office and they double book like some other dentist. I will continue to be a patient there and would recommend them.

My son was totally delighted with the service at oasis dental. He said the staff are so nice and courteous that it made him feel comfortable. He is usually apprehensive about visiting dental services but he said the doctor was super nice and the environment was extremely clean.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love visiting with either dentist as they’re both very gentle, kind, and attentive to any questions or needs you may have. Very happy with each visit made at Oasis. Just keep in mind when paying with a debit/credit card they charge a 3% fee so come prepared with cash in case you want to avoid the extra fee.

Have been going here for a few years now. The office is clean, neat and modern looking. I have had cleanings, check-ups, crown replacement, teeth removal here so far with nothing but good results. The staff have been nice, quick and thorough. The hours are pretty great for those like me who have trouble getting time off work.

Moments before getting started, the doc informed me that my tooth looked fine and that she did not need to proceed. I really appreciate her honesty, she told me the dentist who had inspected my tooth prior may have overstated the urgency of work needing to be done on my tooth. Very glad to know my dentist is good people. Thank you.

My wife, my daughter and I are new patients at Oasis Family Dental. Yesterday was our first day having them performing teeth cleaning and an evaluation on our teeth! The whole staff is great, very professional and efficient! Ariana is the best!

It is with great sadness that I write this review after my latest experience there.
We were overcharged for services a few days ago, but we just found out that they were not even supposed to charge us but $3 dollars that were not covered by the insurance. They issued a partial refund with the excuse that I owed some from a past visit in 2020. That is not correct either looking at the records from my insurance in regards of that visit.
On the call today, the person that answered was unable to give me a straightforward answer. After placing me on hold, I was still left without any clear reason or a detailed explanation that was congruent with the charges that they had on my account. They should have returned the entire amount and I would be more than glad to drive over and give them the $3 that I owe them.
After this ordeal, in my call today, I asked them to cancel all future appointments if this is the new way that they will be doing things to customers that have been trusting them for years.
Also, I checked my children's teeth after the cleaning and they were not done to the level that we were used to. This last visit, I was even asked to press the x-ray button because the person was unable to do it with one of my older sons.
Additionally, two of my children were left with a mouthful of fluoride in their mouths. I told the first one to go spit at the sink because the lady had already left the room. The other child, we asked another tech to use the rinse because the other dental hygienist had left lots of fluoride in her mouth.
Truly, I have never felt like their service would reach this new low.
