This is a great place! No wait times as in waiting for hours to finally see you even with an appointment. Here is not the case. In and out with an hour and my teeth feel clean! Staff were very welcoming, the hygienist was super awesome, the dentist was very friendly and listen to my concerns dealing with my teeth. Highly recommend to make your appointment here today.

I’ve been a patient there for 8 years but yesterday,
I went for a dental cleaning and the customer service was horrible. The front desk person (long black hair, glasses) did not give her name, did not come to the window to greet me and told me from her desk inside office area, they will be right with you. If there was going to be a delay, front desk should have said so.
30 minutes later, a hygienist (black hair in a bun)calls me to go in, also does not give her name and takes me to the dental cleaning room. She says “I’ll be right back” with no explanation. Because the area is open and there are no doors for exam rooms, I could hear that she was helping another hygienist with another patient’s cleaning. After 15 minutes, I went to the front desk to cancel my appointment and explain why. Terrible communication from front desk and hygienist- at the very least, explain why you won’t be back to room for your patient’s appointment. As I’m explaining, the same front desk lady has a glazed look in her eyes and giving me the “ I don’t really care what you have to say” look.
She asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said I would call back but after much consideration of that kind of treatment, I will not return to that office.
I am in healthcare and I understand how important the front desk and other employees are to the practice as far as giving a good impression and they are the initial impression. This office staff needs training in better communication skills with patients.

This is my second time going and making appointments are fairly easy in getting. Front office is friendly, they help you with any questions you might have. The dentist I saw was Dr. Champion she was nice however her bedside manner needs some work in asking her patients if they have questions since mine were always answered by the assistant. Dentist would finish procedure and leave immediately. I had pain that day and she just told me its because I needed root canal but 1,400 is alot of money for procedure and she could atleast prescribed me something for swelling? She did fillings and just wish she could explain to me how it would help my teeth or even show more interest in patient care. I just like my doctors to show care and explain to us all the important things on how to prevent etc.

Staff are professional and really friendly. My kids (5yr - 10yr) love it here.

The office is always clean, staff is always super nice and extremely helpful with appointments. No waiting hours to get in for your appointment, we are always in the actual room to leaving the office is less the. 30-45 minutes. Staff is incredibly nice and comforting with my kids and explain everything to them. Highly recommend this office over and over again !

First time as a patient. Staff and Dr. Champion provided excellent care of my problem. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for dental work. 10 stars !
